" As of this morning NO ONE has laid out the proposed sewer route, only Three possibilities.
Where else do you go to get this information??
I even asked for a copy of the Information That Jerry Shearin used to deny PRD 30 Z went back and looked at the file on PRD 30 Z this past week, nothing in the file on the Sewerage route.
WHAT IS THE SECRET???????? "
Whitey, this is a down right LIE. I posted all 3 sewer options on the first PRD thread,on post # 542. We spoke with Mike Jones and the Water and Sewer board last week and discussed the sewr routes. We will again tomarrow.
I also spoke to several in commuity about your LIES to them. Telling them " Were building Low income Cluster homes " one of them you know well.
I will have a copy of the ppetition soon, so everybody can see what you are hiding.
As stated before this is the zoning as The Goergian and Bentwater.

bubba #OURcurrentPRESIDENT,
why do you want a map of paulding/ douglas line? are you looking to buy that land at the bridge for your next project? just curious.
I already sold one there that was zoned last month. Just wanted to see it from above.

Your meeting will be a little late. The planning board is still considering the Davis Mill Lakes PRD Thursday the 28th at 2 PM.
It will be tabled tomarrow

SG:
How do you get those photos?
I need one of Hwy 61 and Paulding Douglas line area
-
I should think that after all the issues you have raised - you will get your meeting - and it will probably still not make you happy.
I could not agree with you more. Thanks

The difference is Mr. Whitey - he first suggested the church - I believe in the other thread - which I have read - and now he doesn't want it at the church. It's beginning to look like nothing is going to make him happy. It's too late to please him.

Great Post SG and TBAR

Thanks TBAR and MarkDavid
There sure is alot of spin going on hear? Instead of Paulding.com its becoming Davis Mill.com. This is the fourth thread.
LittleBit :
Can you tell me who the developer is, what do you know about him? Have you seen any of his projects? Do you really believe septic is better than sewer?
-
First Mr Whitey, I did approach the pastor prior to the anouncement about having the meeting at the church. He did not object, I did not specify a date at that time. I did call him the date of the anouncement and he said he need to verify it with his building deacons.
As Far as how to get a hold of me, I posted my phone in the prior PRD thread about eight times. And I will post agian below.

If the church informs me that it is to much of a burden, we will move it across the street at the Large building on the Bleakly Farm. But there will be a meeting!
SG:
I will speak to the developer about the lots on the east side of Davis Mill and see about bumping thise out.
-
Mr. Whitey,
We notified our engineer to table the meeting thursday, I appologise if that has not been done yet. If it is not done by Monday I will do it myself.
As far as the church, just last month the Dabbs bridge Public meeting was held at a church. Whats the difference
-
Not even the little pond? When you drag the picture just right, you can see the lot number is under water. Lots 121-124 and part of the road are under the pond.
I don't have any problem with draining it, but do have a problem with lots changing after approval.
SG
I will find out more specifics and post it
-
thanks ericschief I checked with the Pastor this evening. I hope to confirm on Monday
Thank You

SouthLfe Homes has been out of business for years. Bought out by Morrison Homes.

SG
No Lakes will not be drained, We will probally do a little " Tweaking " on the lots
-
I hope the info helps please let me know if there is anything elese needed.
Great Article, Thanks Pubby
-
First way to go Pubby, that post was perfect.
Next I gave Pubby a JPEG file of both properties, I think he will post them soon

After trying to read this thread (my goodness, some folks have lots of free time),
I sure hope someone doesn't end up being sued over this. I just hope what they are "fighting" for (views of cow pastures?) is worth it in the long run.
Last time I had to hire an attorney for something, and it was pretty minor, he was over 150.00/hour. Reckon the "big guys" are a lot more.
Oh well, for now it is entertaining.
PS I just love Whitey's math. Takes new math to new levels.
Hi DC,
Thanks for jumping in this disscussion, I agree with you. I spoke with a leader in the Mill Creek community today who was approached to sign the petition, but he refused. He stated that those who are apposed are telling the public that we planning a HIGH density cluster home community. This is FALSE !!!! We are asking for a PRD zoning, this is the same zoning as The Georgian and Bentwater. They will build a community similar in nature. There are NO cluster homes planned.
Whitey:
Do you why the lots in Saint Charles are this size. Becuase the dirt so bad, I do not look forward to the day when my septic pump goes out. You know, the one that pumps septic 300 feet into my back yard. If there was sewer that would not be the case.
EricChief:
Sewer is one of the best things to draw indusrty to the area. Its difficult and risky for a business to use septic.
A public meeting is coming soon, stay tuned for time and place
Last could someone tell me how to start a topic???

I do not know if anyone has looked into Diesel cars, but I have a 96 VW PASST diesel. I get 38 miles to the gallon all the time or 700 miles to a tank. Diesels have come a long way

You won't be missing anything, we faxed the request to table this morning, should have the original there now or in the morning.
Gulf coarse is not a requirement in a PRD, But we are looking at property in the area that will acomadate it. BIG project.
