  1. I have already received PM's from people who have mentioned that they have received the letter about the siding, and threw them out thinking they were junk. Folks....do NOT throw those out. Call me!! Simply put, there is money out there in coffers, just waiting to be claimed. The manufacturers of this defective siding are NOT going to let you know about this. That's what we do. My company, Data Processing Services, has been operating since 1995, is a member of the BBB, and is absolutely not a scam. Nor does it cost you anything out of your pocket to file your claim.

Trust me, I USED to toss those letters myself, but after getting laid off, I decided to call. And I'm glad I did! My house qualified for the settlement. And my particular siding was the one that I get 60%, while the company gets 40%. (the Omni siding is 30/70, so you get even more) I thought.....dang, that's kinda steep. But then I thought, I would rather get my 60%, and let them handle everything, because I am still getting some money!!! 60% is better than nothing, IMO...plus I don't have to do anything or pay anything to get this done...just sign the forms and let them handle it. Granted, it can take up to 4-5 months before I get my money, but that should be right around tax time.....perfect!!!

There are only 2 companies that provide this service in the area (that I am aware of), and they both take the same percentage, in order to compete fairly. So, in short, this is not just another job to me...this is a way of helping my community, by getting people money back that most are not even aware they have coming to them.

With unemployment at an all-time high, and the economy in the crapper, it only makes sense to try to get money by any legal means possible.....and this a great way to do that. So, don't toss those letters until you've at least called me, and let's work together to get you all we can. With 13 years in the industry, D.P.S. is very adept at maximizing what you can get back!! Keep in mind, although I am not a lawyer by any means, we have the best litigators who work on your behalf. My job is simply to get you signed up, so we can get your claim moving ASAP. I don't make nearly as much money doing this as I did as an Engineering Technician, but I do like working with people, and I find this to be a very fulfilling job, knowing I am helping folks out......especially during times like they are right now.

If you get a letter, let's pursue this!!! Call me,

  2. I have a question. We have Omniwood in our neighborhood and filed our claims over the last few years.

We got the 100% over 3 years with dribbles here and there.

My neighbor across the street was recently told by someone that stopped by, I can't remember which company, that even though he had been paid what was considered the 100 %, at that time, there is still a chance there is more available because the limits of total compensation have risen.

He's coming this week sometime to take another sample from their house.

    Does this sound right ?????

Sure....there's always a possibility you could still draw more, depending on what you've already received and how long ago it was.

What about stucco problems? Do you know if there is a claim site? We had our house built in 1997 and a section between the garage doors is buckling.

    Thanks

I remember hearing all the problems with Stucco, but that is not covered through us. Only hardboard siding, and only the 2 types I mentioned in my thread.

  3. In order to better help you folks understand the siding claims, I plan on building a website to help you identify your siding. But meanwhile, the best way to know if you qualify is if you receive a letter in the mail that looks like the image below. Should you receive one of these, please give me a call and I can give you specific details on how this works. Basically, there are 2 types of siding that are still valid for money settlements. One is called ABTCo and the other one is called Omni Board. Both require no out of pocket expenses on your part. We simply take a percentage for our services, for representing you, and maximizing the amount you could receive. The percentages are, respectively 40% for ABTCo and 30% for the Omni. Both include the price of the inspection that YOU DO NOT have to pay for. All you do is sign the forms, and provide a small amount of information about your home, and that's it. We handle everything else. I would be glad to answer any other questions you may have, if you want to give me a call.

Please bear in mind that the limitations for claiming on these types of siding are running out very soon, so it's important to get the paperwork started as soon as possible, so you can get some money in your pocket!!!

    Thank you,

    (a.k.a. Subby)

p.s. If I posted this in the wrong forum, please feel free to relocate where it needs to go, and inform me, so I won't do it again. ;)

  4. Hey Subby, remember I am putting those CD's I have of yours out tomorrow at our chili/soup cookoff at church. I will let you know tomorrow night if they go or not! Ok for me to offer them at the 10.00 each price?

Yes, that's fine. Thank you! :)

Subby, I'd like two of the Christmas CDs. They are amazing!

You have my number. Give me a call, and we'll hook up on it. Thank you! :)

Subby what all varieties of music cd's you have?

So far, just the Gospel one and the Christmas one. I have about 2 tracks laid down for the "Dinner For Two" CD. I hope to have it finished this coming week, if I can manage the time.

Subby that is a beautiful CD.You did great as always. I enjoy your playing. Thanks for sharing. :D

Thank YOU, so much! I'm glad you like it~

  5. Please send me a PM if you would be interested in purchasing one. You can hear samples if you click on my applicable signature link below. Or Just feel free to call me, and I'll try to arrange a way to get one to you. I was lucky enough to sell 5 at the luncheon last Friday at MacFarlane's.

Now, I know you can go out to the store and get generic CD's all day, but a lot of folks have told me that it's a little more special when it's someone you know, or know of, or just because it's one of those freaky Hiram residents!!

I will be processing a slew of them tomorrow, since I'm off. And as you already may know, the Gospel CD's are still ready and waiting to be sold also!

    Thank you~ :)

  6. Have you tried Diamond Dave's in Kennesaw? Last time I was there we had a ball back in the piano bar. Been a while since I've been there though, so things may have changed. Michael Milsap had the regular Saturday night gigs back then (and he may still) but they still had other nights revolving for different players.

I didn't know they revolved players. Last I heard, Michael still plays there regularly. I met Michael MANY years ago when he played with Mylin LaFevor and Brokenheart, over at Mt. Paran Church of God. He's great!!

OMG!!! SUBBY!!!! I did vote piano just cause I love keyboards. But then I watched your video. I think I held my breath from start to finish! You are completely awesome!! Chelly is quite the lucky woman to live with a Piano Man such as yourself. What talent. WOW!!

Thank you.....Chell might argue that point though. I can be a handful to put up with sometimes! :p

  7. Today is the day...........can't wait to see everyone there

Me too...I have been excited about it since I woke up this morning. I will be bringing CD's with me for anyone who is interested....and I have decided to drop the price to $10, just to get them moving a little better. I will have copies of the Gospel Music and Christmas Songs.

I look forward to meeting all of you who will be attending!! :D

BTW, I think this is my first commerce post~~ :yahoo: :drinks:
