The madness is already starting. I was just informed my Fiance and my cousin are starting to go dress shopping today.

We don't have a set date yet but it looks like it will be this Spring. Lot's of planning and talking to do this day forward.

She thought the ring was coming Christmas time, so it was a complete surprise. She freaked out when she saw the box come out and we both started crying.

I officially got engaged to the most incredible girl ever last night! Today is turning out to be a great day. I got my girl friends parents blessing to marry their daughter. My dad is moving here next week, and it looks like my girlfriend is going to get a job with Zurich North America. Life is good.

So I am about to buy my an engagement ring this week. I think we have hit every jeweler in Atlanta. The one place we liked the best was the shane co. They seemed to have the best selection and best quality from what we saw. My girlfriend picked out a ring, and I had it placed on layaway last weekend. What concerns me is after talking with the jeweler in depth about the purchase he told me the company was breaking up and is in the process of bankruptcy. This made me really nervous about buying from them, because I wouldn't want to loose the warranty if the company goes under. All the other je

One other question, are there any overnight places to park besides the hotel? It cost $40 a night to park our car there. We are spending so much on our convention trying to take away some of the extra expenses.

Hey all, we are going to New Orleans next month and staying at the Renaissance Arts Hotel New Orleans. Has anybody ever stayed there? From what I am hearing and reading it is the #2 hotel in New Orleans. We will also have 2 extra days there for sight seeing when my convention is done. Anyone know of things we must see and do besides going to the French Qutr.
