Are you guys still looking for a graphics guy, and what did your web guy do?

I started doing some web stuff and the web guy there felt more comfortable with someone they have been using. I have been traveling every week with work so it's been to difficult to do any type of freelance. Although after todays employee evaluation, I may just start looking for something new.

It's funny, just as I was writing this post, I got an email from my agent. They said it will prob be the first of the year before we hear anything. We are going to back out and get our house in Crabapple. It has the best school district in the state and a much better investment property.

The short sale was pre approved. We didn't counter less. We were willing to pay what the bank wanted. The house was on the market for 275 but was appraised at 350. The bank was only taking a 15,000 loss thats the crazy part. It was supposed to be approved in 7-10 days according to bank of america.

Was wondering if anyone has any experience with a Bank of America Short Sales. We put in our offer in three months ago. We are STILL waiting on the bank. We were supposed to close on Nov 30th but thats not going to happen. We found another house this weekend out in Alpharetta. We really liked the house we put the offer in on but there seems to be know end in sight. We have to make a decision on the new house by wed. I thought there was a bill passed that made the short sale process a lot faster. Whats going on?

If that's the case just get the wifi. That can connect to any open signal. Why pay for a data plan when u can link up. Kelli has the wifi and I have the 3G. She piggybacks off of her cell, and works fine. Thevonly problem is that's it's a little slower. How are you able to workaround apples 1 account 1 device.
