We at Rodney’s are really excited about the 4th of July! Rodney will be serving slabs of ribs right off the grill in the front of the restaurant starting at noon on the 4th. We will have Baby Backs and St Louis Ribs available by the slab.
Call 770-445-5900 today to reserve your slabs of ribs, and then come pick out slabs you like right off the grill. Slabs are $15.99 each for your choice of either Baby Backs or St Louis cut Spare Ribs.
We will be open regular hours tomorrow. We open at 8am for country breakfast, and our meat and two lunch starts at 11am and runs until 9pm. Ribs will available beginning at noon.

What a great week here at Rodneys! First the MEAT and TWO lunch variety has been so successful, many guests have asked for it in the evenings. Rodney and Tammy have decided to offer Meat and Two every weekday, lunch and dinner, from 11am until close. Thats right, Monday through Friday, you can select from a huge variety of meats and veggies, starting at only $5.99! Tonight Rodney is adding Turnip Greens and Cheesy Corn to our menu. Come by and have a homemade meal at a very reasonable price.
NOW FOR THE EVEN GREATER NEWS! Rodney wants to cook your ribs for your 4th of July function! With it so hot outside, many of our guests are depending on Rodney to provide the best smoked ribs for their function, and you can too! Call now 770-445-5900 and order your ribs, and Rodney will have them ready for you on the 4th of July. BUT, Rodney has a surprise!
On the 4th Rodney will begin at the crack of dawn smoking and grilling ribs. Starting at 12 noon, you can come by and pick your ribs RIGHT OFF THE GRILL! We are putting one of our three smoker/grills out front of the restaurant,and you can pick the slabs you want right off the grill. Rodney will be right there to help you, and so you can be confident your party will be a hit when you serve Ro0dneys Ribs!

Price for the ribs? Can you describe the difference in the two style ribs offered for July 4th?
Rodney's will be offering your choice of Babyback or St Louis Spare Ribs for the same price of $15.99 per slab. Starting at noon on the 4th you can come by the restaurant and choose your slabs right off the grill from Rodney. You can also call in your order starting tonight at reserve your ribs for pick up (or delivery for party orders) on the 4th of July at 770-445-5900.
Babyback ribs are small and tender,and take less time to cook than spare ribs. They are from the epart of the pig pork chops come from, and the meat is tender and bones are small. Spare Ribs (most are St louis cut) are also known as "Flintstone" Ribs. They are much larger bones and meaty, and take longer to cook. They are from the area of the pig bacon comes from.
Different parts of the country favor different ribs, and most folks in the south use baby back ribs. However, if you have never tried St Louis Spare Ribs, they are a real treat.
