A few weeks ago one of our new team members, Gary Steele, suggested his Jambalaya for a special, so we decided to give it a try. The response was enormous, not only did we sell out, but the feed back was overwhelming to do this more often. We also did a Low Country Shrimp Boil as well as Shrimp & Catfish Gumbo and got the same response so we've decided to just make Friday's Cajun Friday. Curb your cabin fever with a venture out to Rodney's! Rodney cleared off the parking lot today and the county has been plowing the main roads also. We have lots of homemade soup, stew, and chili to help warm everyone up from this deep freeze. Of course we will be offering the full menu and operating business as usual beginning at 11:00. Be careful if you do decide to get on the roads but if you do....come on by and see Rodney! See ya at Rodney's!

Hope everyone is making it through this snow storm! It has been very pretty to look at but rough to travel on. Rodney has been out checking out the roads and seeing what's going on and has decided that we definitely won't be opening early tomorrow. We will be watching it closely and determining the soonest possible time that we can open up. Hopefully tomorrow but we will see and keep you posted here on pcom. Bring the kids in on Tuesday January 11th for the start of Project Piggy Bank. It's an exciting new program that Rodney is implementing to promote saving money with your kids age 12 and under. The first 100 kids will receive a piggy bank. There will be .50 in each bank. Bring the bank in each time you and your children eat with us and a quarter will be added. This will continue for the entire year of 2011. So, you're asking yourself...what's the catch?? The catch is that they must leave the seal on the bottom and the money earned inside to continue "earning" more in their piggy bank. J
