  1. Yes, you know who I am.....Your boys appear to be awesome in every way. They were always so respectful when they came over. We still talk about when your husband got shocked by our house. Ask him about that! We wish we still lived there! And again, you do need to brag...I brag about my daughter all the time and she is 21! Ya'll have done well as parents! Would love to see ya.

  2. I'm really sorry for you....My husband two weeks ago has been transferred after 17 years of hard, LOYAL, dedicated work. I do believe it was to bring in someone they could pay less..It's just a real bad time in this world right now. Why take someone less experince for Hard, LOYAL, DEDICATED WORK...I just don't get it. I guess everything boils down to money..What a shame. We know your heart is in the right place.

  3. Ya know what is strange....on Friday I called the health department about getting the regular flu shot for free like last year..they told me there were no confirmed cases in Paulding county. I don't know if that means they have to be diagnosed in Paulding or what???????STRANGE

  4. Your kids are right behind mine Our son will be in 6th next year and our youngest daughter will be in tenth.

I think this age is hard and takes a strain on the parents.

People always told me enjoy them while they a little because things get ruff on down the road. Im feeling it now :D

    AMEN to that.

  5. I'm sorry, but the youth DOES need guidence and going and hearing some encouraging words and words of wisdom for 1 simple hour is what this Youth needs. When I said "the direction the world is going in" we were encouraged to go, our parents wanted us to go and it was just part of graduation. Now it's just do whatever you want, not going cause it's religous. Religon is just put on the side burner, THAT IS THE DIRECTION THE WORLD IS GOING IN.

I do wish more students could have heared some encouraging words.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

    Jeremiah 29:11

    Thank you Pumpkinvine.

  6. That is how it was back in the 80's. We did not know it was an option. I think it just does this kids good hearing some good advice. Not necessarily Religon advice, just some plain ol good advice as they venture into this world of full evil.
