I don't make my way over there too often. I would like mine also.

When I bought my house 9 years ago, I was a first time home buyer. I didn't understand the process, so guess what?!?! I researched it and even went to a first time home buyer class. I had an ARM mortgage and was told and knew that it was going to go up. Guess what??? I refinanced it before it did.
I just don't buy the fact that these poor homebuyers were taken for a ride. They went along for the ride so they are just as guilty as the banks that made these terrible loans.

On the news last night they were covering a demonstration on the courthouse steps of another county regarding the monthly foreclosures. This lady that interviewed said her ARM went up in July and right after she lost her overtime so she can't make the payment. That is life lady! You shouldn't have counted on the OT to make your mortgage payment.

During your business hours you could scare the stuffing out of them by calling them out over a LOUD speaker. That would probably be pretty funny to see.
By night, a motion sensor light and recording over the loud speaker would come on.
You could say over the loudspeaker and in the recording that they should smile for the camera because all of Paulding county will see their picture online the next day.

You could do the above highlighted things if you are not a dog breeder and or a car salesman. If breeding is your "business" then you would be required to have a commerce membership.
But making these wreaths are not her business...
I like seeing all of the creative things people do on here. We have to come up with a way to make it fair for all without removing all posts like this one.
Tabby made some good points regarding the selling of other items besides hand made ones. Just my .02 cents.

Another cool ADULT melty project is plastic beads. I've made plate and votive shapes. I don't have any pics, but it's cool.
I can't remember my craftster.org password (and they must have an old email address to send me a new one) so I can't view pics to show you examples. It looks nothing like plastic beads when you are finished.

Expires 11/30/08
It reads:
"receive two free tubes with the purchase of one 6 pack of K9 Advantix or Advantage multi. Or get one free tube with the purchase of one 4 pack of K9 Advantix."
We use Frontline since it protects against ticks.
I could stick it in the mail or if you live near Burnt Hickory Estates, you could come get it. PM me.

Thanks Southern Chickie! I am saving Zennioptical.com as a favorite on my computer. I may have to give up my contacts and I don't have a bit of trouble ordering online. Especially if it saves me lots of $$$. I had to dig out my OLD glasses that I haven't worn in at least 3 years this week. I'm going to try my contact again in a few days but I have a feeling I won't be able to tolerate them. >>Long story<<

Crushed french's onions on baked chicken breast over fettucine alfredo...YUM!

You should have seen them, they looked like a well oiled machine.
They had it together, what a team!!!
Your house looks great by the way!!!
Thanks!

Wow! What a difference. I can see my house before I pull in my driveway and my living room has sunlight now! I would post a picture but since I don't have a before picture it wouldn't illustrate the transformation.
This tree seemed to be in a very tricky place and you guys did a great job.
-
Hehehe!! I am sure they have calmed down by now. If not, you will come home to some surprises I guess.
But it will look so nice when you get home, and you won't have to worry about trees during storms any more.
Yeah I'm excited to see what it looks like without it. I still have a whole woodland in my backyard that could get me in a bad storm, but this one was leaning towards the house.
-
Relax! the tree did not hit the house.
Tore my house up though, the dogs were running around going nuts, knocked the cushions off the chairs raising cane!!!
Tehehe...at least you were with your dogs. Mine were alone in the house. Poor Missy probably had a nervous breakdown. Yogi probably barked his head off.

I just spoke with Jason and he was heading home. I told him to get on his laptop and check out this thread. He laughed and said he had no idea pictures were being taken.
BTW - this is a job for another Pcommer.
My house! I'm not there so I can't see what it looks like until about 3pm this afternoon.

I have an 89 Celica that gets INCREDIBLE milage...it weighs almost nothing.
I also have a LARGE Ford F-150, with club cab and 8" bed with a camper shell......I only drive it for jobs that pay me to drive it.
Subby - exactly what is your ave mpg? I've been wanting a 'fun' older car.
Yep the media has a large hand in this. Doesn't GA have a price gouging law? I know we used to because I remember when something else was driving up the price, the governor (can't remember which one) said they were putting a stop to it. Anyone else remember that?

This happened when I use to work in corporate america. I heard it on 99X while sitting at my desk. Everyone gathered around my desk. We had a planned teleconference call and everyone went but me. I just couldn't bring myself to think about anything but what was going on. The company brought in tv's to every floor but I couldn't bring myself to go watch it.
My then bf was out of town so I had to go home and be by myself on that tragic day. I think I stayed on the phone with my Mom for hours. Then I couldn't sleep and was obsessed with watching everything I could regarding what happened. I think I stayed up all night watching tv. I was afraid more things were going to happen.

Also be on the lookout for slightly smaller sizes at the old bigger size price. We always buy Breyer's ice cream and Kroger had a special a couple of months ago and they had one of the old bigger size and the rest were the new smaller size. They want you to think their prices haven't gone up when indeed they have.

Carnival (Sensation)
PROS - Better Buffet food/better selection. Ice cream every day at a designated time.
CONS - gaudy decor throughout ship, not much nightlife, not many group activities
Princess (Sapphire Princess)
PROS- classier ship, nice, active nightlife, better formal food, fun group activities
CONS - buffet not as good or varied, ice cream only once or twice
As far as my cons go with Carnival, it could be that we were on an older ship. We wanted to cruise on a newer one, but haven't gotten around to it yet. We were on a fairly new ship with Princess. I've listed the ship names for your reference.
-
We haven't been on an adult only cruise. I can tell you this, both of the cruise lines we have been on do a good job of keeping the kids occupied so you don't see them much.
We have sailed Carnival and Princess. I like Princess better but would cruise either.

Keep the bad weather away...we'll be there tonight!

There is a correction to my KidzArt classes: instead of Monday it will be on Wednesday. I will be announcing the classes when it is closer to registration time.
Thanks Oscar!

I heard about that after I adopted my puppy earlier this year. Yogi isn't black and I'd probably pick him again today because I go and try to make a connection with the dog I choose.
I will keep it in mind in the future and try to get a black rescue dog.
BTW my dad adopted a black kitten earlier this year.
