yes the baby can have the fathers last name if he's there to sign it but the doctor's will have on the card for them to know who's baby it is baby whatever to mothers last name exsample if the mother's last name is smith they will call them baby smith...why b/c your no married but the baby will have the daddy's last name if he sign's it...i know i been there

hey everyone i just have to vent...I moved here to Dallas a month ago and went to get out my christmas thing's and no christmas tree... I CAN'T FIND MY CHRISTMAS TREE I think i left it at the apartment..i'm goin to miss my tree now i'll have to get another one...anyway thanks for letting me vent
