If you are allowed by to own a firearm in the state of Georgia, you are allowed to carry it in the open. GSP has lost this battle with me once. I know this one.
Correct.

This cracks me up! All this hoopla over a flag pole. Do people not have better things to do?

Not all bosses like tattlers, especially over something so trivial. She may be cutting her own throat....
As I am the"Boss"; I concur. This person would not last long in my orginization. You really need to discuss this with your "Boss", the "Non-Team Player" and HR (if you have an HR).

It completely creeps me out. I cant recall a single "success story" related to children participating in pageants. As a Dad, I often wonder where the "Pageant Dads" are in all this.
These people obviously are living in the moment and not concerned with long term damage to the child.

I looks forward to hearing that Tucker, Bookman, King and Lukavich are unemployed.
In 40 years, I don't think I've ever read an editorial from the AJC. I go straight to the "Business" section.

Paper sources for News will go the way of the "8 Track". And I'm not really sure I'll miss them much. We sure as HE## do not need to bail them out.

This is a "No Brainer".

A Hand made German Pick Axe. Brought over by my Great Grandfather, as an immigrant, in 1912. I still use it today (New Handle).

" Carloads of people, including numerous children, witnessed a fight Monday night between two women that included gunfire and left two people in the hospital and 11 others under arrest.
The fight involved Reba Talton, and Pamela Thompson, 20, who both have children fathered by Michael Crane.
Thompson drove to Talton's home in the 5300 block of Westford Circle off Old National Highway with approximately six car loads of people to settle an ongoing dispute, police said."

First of all, I didn't know people outside of middle school scheduled fights.....
Second of all, all of the stupid mothers in attendance should have there children taken away for cruelty to children. What a thing to expose a child to!
I caught this on TV, with the story in progress; I just new it was going to end with the reporter saying "Live from Paulding County".

Wow.
And to think; I never have problems at McDs. Of course, I only eat there about once a year. Fast Food will kill you.

Agree with the basic principle of it...but, people that don't like kids scare me. It's like not liking dogs. Oh, and if you don't like kids or dogs, I want nothing to do with ya! You're a serial killer waiting to happen!
Is it OK to not like cats? I'm not a hater, but cats are not for me.
-
how do you keep them from running away? from being run over? several neighbors have outside cats and I have seen several ppl on here mention having outside cats...so how do you do it??
btw they are fixed!
This is a joke.....is'nt it?

I had a chain link fence installed in the rear yard 14 years ago. About a week after the install, I got a nice pretty letter from the HOA. It was inquiring wether I had received HOA approval. Of course I responded "No, do not need approval, not a member"
To explain; I was the second home buyer in the developement. At the time of purchase, no HOA existed. I have not heard a word out of the HOA since.
PS-14 Years later and the black vinyl covered fence looks 10X better than my neighbors "approved" privacy fence. You know, the one thats falling apart after 14 years.

1) Have realistic expectations(do not think you can eventually "mold" someone into your idea of what a good Husband/Wife should be)
2) Someone must have the "final" say on important decisions.(Continuous negotiating(arguing)about minor decisions have killed many a marriage.)

Employment Guilt

I'm experiencing this a little. Most of my friends/associates are losing their jobs. These are positions that most considered "recession proof". They almost make me feel guilty for still having a job.
Anyone else experiencing this?
