  1. I really appreciate everybody's help, I can afford to go buy the kids a couple of outfits a piece. I just did not realize who sold the extra slim or the adjustable slim pants for boys. All of your help is greatly appreciated and looks like I am headed to Target and Walmart to the slim boys dept. Thanks everybody!!!!!!!!!

  2. Target sells adjustable waist jeans.

    Thanks!!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this about your sister's kids...it is the kids that always suffer.

Every family has at least 1 member who is screwed up and difficult to deal with and expects others to bail them out every time. Hopefully your parents will make her get a job and support her children. If she is living with them, she has not rent, utilities, etc., so any job she could get would help cloth the kids and help her get back on track. Whether she likes it or not, she needs to move the kids to the school at her parent's district so they can catch the bus in the morning and ride it home in the afternoon so she can work.

I'll go back through Marjorie's clothes and see if she has anything for the oldest girl. But Marjorie is very slim, so her jeans are cut that way. She may have some shirts though, so I'll check and let you know if she has any.

Hope it all works out. I know it is upsetting for you and your family, especially at this time of the year.

    Scarlet

Scarlet your a dear but The oldest is Husky. Please just keep the kids in your prayers.

    Does Savannah wear a child's or jr's size 6?

Savannah wears a child's I guess, she is 6 years old.

  3. IMO, if your sister and kids are living with your mom, she needs to put her foot down and put some rules in order. First would be to have those kids change schools. If she doesn't want to do that, then she needs to figure out a way to pay for the gas to provide the transportation for her kids to get to the school of her choice. Beggers can't be choosers as they say. Second would be a time limit for her to get a job. McDonalds or Wendy's is always hiring.

If your sister doesn't like these rules, then you mom needs to tell her to leave. She does not need to allow her to walk over her.

I set the rules for my mother. I told her the kids last day of school is the 19th as of the 19th she will be taking them out of their school and enrolling them in the school at my mom's where they can ride the bus. She is going to go and see what programs she qualifies for today and she is suppose to sign up for counceling. And I said she can either get a job or she can leave the kids with my parents and she can live on the street. I told her she can work for Waffle House as far as I am concerned but she is going to work or she can get out!

What an A$$. Just in time for the holidays...

He is exactly this but it is alot of her fault too!!! She is a piece of crap!!

  4. Even though he will never take her back he still has a responsibility. Tell her to file for child support. And about the jeans, sorry I have no clue. How old are the kids? Someone here may have the sizes the child needs.

TJ wears a extra slim 8 (which I neva heard of)

    Nikki wears a 14 1/2 , she is a husky

    and Savannah wears a 6

  5. Sorry that happened to the kids. Is he the father of them?

Yes he is the father but he doesn't really care about them, in my opinion. My parents have always bought their clothes, food, paid their rent, bought their vehicles for the parents, bought the kids christmas. I do not have any idea what his money was going to but all I know is that my sister was not paying any of the bills.

I have that extra slim child.....adjustable slim 6's work beautifully.

does Walmart sell the adjustable slim's.

She should check out a women's shelter. They can put her and the kids up and they can usually give vouchers for thrift store. Have her try helping hands, too. They give vouchers to thrift stores.

They have all 4 moved in on my mom and dad. My sister has no job, she volunteers at the school. She did live in South Carolina. She is a piece of work. She doesnt want to make the kids change schools. So she is planning on my parents giving her money and her driving the kids to their school an hour away. I told my mom , she is just dumb. Make her pull the kids out and put them in school where they now live. Her husband said he will NEVER take her back.

  6. Her husband has finally kicked her to the curb and it is 90% her fault but the kids had nothing to do with this. She has no job and probably can not get a job but the kids need blue jeans. Can anybody tell me if and where I can buy boys extra slim jeans in a size 8? She has 2 girls but I know where to buy husky size 14 1/2 and size 6 but I didnt even know they sell extra slim.

  7. okay, now you folks got me laughing>>>thank you..i needed a pick me up. i did consider she may have been embarrased though. still felt a little bad..mostly for the little one who looked vey confused cause we both were smiling and talking and mom just was the complete opposite. i definitely encourage couriosity...never know.your kid might be the one curious enough to find a cure or vaccine that saves millions of lives!!..need to buy all of you frosty's tommorow!! mine is in the freezer..couldnt eat it after all that but i will later.

ok which Wendy's do you want to meet me at and what time? I only want the medium so see I am saving you money by not ordering the large. I will bring my rude self right on over. hehe

  8. Try Ivy Hall (Dallas Branch) on East Paulding Rd.

They might be having an opening for the 2 yr old room.

    Good Luck!

Oh thank you. They told her to come fill out an application. Everybody please say a prayer that she gets the job. She really needs this.

  9. My son just got married in September and moved to Jasper. They just moved to Emerson a week ago and his wife is looking for a job. Does anyone know of a daycare that is hiring? Or anywhere else this young lady may get a job.
