    I went with my hubby today to do a few things for his work and we went to a rental house and we both fell in love with it. So maybe we will be getting that one pretty soon. Say a prayer please.

    We live in a 3bd 1 1/2 ba house that we pay 600.00 a month for.

    Another thing I need to find out is if the people who buy the house at auction wants can they raise our rent n kick us out if they wanted to?

    We had a house that we lost when the economy went down in 2007 and still can't buy. I wished we could.

    Please refresh my memory, where have i met you at? when we moved in here its wasnt fit to live in. we made this house our home and we are going to have to uproot our kids yet again.

    What happens at a tax sale? we are renters and the house hasnt had taxes paid in 3 yrs. what should I expect or should I go pay the back taxes?
