  1. I know places like Six flags usually hire for summer help but Idk what the age requirement is or if there is one. Whatever happened to the old jobs like lawn care and babysitting or did everyone jump on the "need to save money so I'll do it myself" bandwagon? How about the ppl that stand on the side of the road with the signs like the statues in New Hope?

  2. Zane will be missed dearly, I'm truly blessed to have had the honor of knowing him and calling him my friend. I can not think of one time that I was around him that I was not smiling. It won't be the same not seeing him around. Prayers are with his family

:( I will truly you miss Brother

  3. My son just got a phone call that very dear friend of his and a young man that hung out a lot at my house was killed this morning in a wreck.. if this is the same family.. please pray for this family.. my son just left so upset, and this is not the first child the parents have lost my heart is breaking right now for this family.

I got the same phone call..It was one of my friends. Please just Pray for the Family during this time.

  4. Thanks for asking that..I was wondering the same thing myself, I passed through town about 2:30 today and saw everyone lined up on the sidewalk..I was stopped at the redlight so I got to read one of the signs and figured out what everything was about

  5. Ok..I'm Sad now :( Ya'll left out the most popular thing to do in the county~~~ sit on your truck and TAILGATE in random parking lots (preferably Waffle House or Wal-Mart)

Or is it just me and my buddies that do that???..lol

  6. A yuppie was opening the door of his BMW when a car came along and hit the door, ripping it off completely. When the police arrived at the scene, the yuppie complained bitterly about the damage to his car.

"Officer, look what they've done to my Beemer!"

"You yuppies are so materialistic, it's ridiculous" retorted the officer. "You're so worried about your stupid BMW, you didn't even notice that your left arm was ripped off."

"Oh, my God!" screamed the yuppie, noticing the bloody stump where his arm used to be. "My Rolex!"

  7. The neighbor (who works with my dad) got a black lab puppy and named it after my dad to annoy him so whenever he yells at the dog my dad thinks he's yelling at him...I found this hilarious..especially when I'm telling a story about what the dog has done (ripping up trash, peeing on a truck tire etc) and everyone thinks I'm talking about my dad since I call him by his first name and never call him dad

  8. The last dog I had was named Shadow (he had the name when I got him) he looked just like the dog off homeward Bound

My current dog's name is Bubba..I got him from the pound and they were calling him smiley b/c he smiled all the time..well I didn't like it so I started calling him Bubba b/c I knew he would soon go from being underweight to a healthy (overweight now) dog and besides I've always wanted a dog named Bubba

  9. I think JLH will like this one

If all else fails, there are always strippers ( I came up with that during class once)

  10. She dared him to taze her and wouldn't listen to his commands and :shok: He tazes her!!!

   :clapping: I think he handled the situation very well Not only did he keep her from getting ran over repeatedly but we got to see a crazy old granny tazed

  11. I kinda had one of those lazy days today..I fell asleep about 4:30 this morning sitting straight up on the couch reading my final chapter for class (everything was due today)

I got up and went to bed, well my dad woke me up @ 8 pounding on my bedroom window telling me to get up so I could go help him do the final grade for a building (all I done was handed him the tape measure..still don't see why I had to get up)

Came home about 9 and read some more, fell back asleep reading about 10 and woke up at 11:30..read some more, passed out again (this continued until about 1) and I finally got up and finished my work and now I'm sorta :lazy:
