Death investigation underway in infant death
Paulding's Sheriff Department is conducting a routine death investigation after parents found their year old child dead in his home this (Wednesday) morning.
Paulding Sheriff's Department spokesman Brandon Gurley reports there is no evidence of physical abuse or trauma in the case but because the death was unattended, the department will, as is customary, conduct an investigation to determine the cause of death.
Paulding.com members were alerted to the sad happening earlier today and more have commented since the story hit the major Atlanta newspaper and radio stations.
The original topic is here.
In other news, Paulding.com's News program will not air this evening. Instead, Pcom will put up for viewing the 30 minute talk that Paulding Superintendent of Schools Cliff Cole gave to the Paulding Business Association last week. Among the highlights is Paulding's participation in United Health Care's anti-obesity program, Paulding being one of two communities in Georgia participating in UHC's pilot program.
I know this family very well! Please everyone, please pray for this family.

Had one show up Sat night at midnight that I contained and tried to get animal control to come out Sun morning and he got out before they got here. Hope he made it home safe. I have dogs in a fenced in area so other dogs are usually drawn to them. Ill call for Zoey tonight.
Thanks.... I figured she may have ventured out your way.
I hope you know to contact the shelter, look around & fill out the lost report ... But I'll be on the lookout and I hope she comes home/found soon!Yep.... hubby is headed up to the shelter in the morning. She escaped while we were at work so the shelter was already closed today. Thanks again!

I live on the same street where the shooting occurred. As I was trying to get to my house, I stopped and asked the officer what happen. He said, "a drive by shooting and everyone is ok".

I had seen that they were still having sign ups. She cheered there when she was four but it wasn't a pleasant experience, but I have heard that they cheerleading is under a different person now, maybe we will give them another shot.
Yep, I think you should. We went somewhere else last year and had a horrible experience! IMO, New Hope is the best by far!
