  3. Oh goodness! Prayers for this family, this is so sad! It says passed away suddenly, what happened to this precious angel.

I am copying and pasting what mom & dad posted on FB this morning. I feel so badly for these parents, it is one of my worst nightmares to have to bury one of your children. My heart goes out to them.

Monday afternoon, the children were playing in Tristan's room. Logan started coming up the stairs, daddy got him and put him down for a nap. He then went down to get Kylie and found her stuck between the dresser and the wall, already passed away. Positional asphyxiation I believe is what the coroner called it. Tristan said he tried to get a game that fell behind the dresser and believes she tried to get it for him. I believe she may have just copied what she saw. Her whole life I had a tiny feeling I wouldn't have her long enough. I think I knew God would want her before I was ready. There was something much more special about her. All children are special, but there was something else. She didn't need to go through all the pain and ugliness, the testing and trails we need to. Her Soul was at a higher level. I don't know if this makes sense. Just putting my thoughts out here and what happened. I miss her too much for words but I'll see her again.

  4. Thought I would post this here in case anyone knows the family and hasn't heard about the funeral.....

  5. I have known this family for years and will be praying for them all.

He is in a much better place now with the Jesus that he spent many years serving.

Thank you God for ending his suffering.

Oh no, he is my neighbor and we have seen their driveway full of cars. He hasn't been out doing his normal yard work either so we figured he must of been sick. I hope this family has peace in his passing.

  6. I'm so very sorry for the loss of your daddy, prayers to you and your family.

Thank you, it was such a sudden loss and I am heart broken. I posted it here because he and my mom (Pam Stewart) lived here in Hiram since the 80's. He moved to Decatur in 2009 and I know friends that he had here would like to know. It has been a rough couple days but hopefully it will get better.

  8. Just heard about this! I went to school with his mom and dad. My daughter was friends with his sister Stacy. I still have not heard how this happened, but am praying for this family

She posted in another thread that it appears to be an OD(overdose). I'm so sad to here about this, he and my FIL were good friends. Prayers are said for his little boy!

  9. Same here-it doubled last month-from $99. to $220. I probably need a new unit. The old one is 18 years old. Still, compared to some I am not doing to bad. I keep the thermostat at 79, but I do keep the pool running 24 hrs a day. Husband threw a fit about the bill though.

What deals do y'all have going on?
