  1. One girl was still missing a tooth......she looked like she was 12. I seriously doubt she was old enough to compete!

    I was getting soooo mad.

Another thing about the gymnastics this year--both men's and women's-- is that the judges get to go back and watch everything in slow motion before they give a score. Shouldn't they judge by what they saw and not be able to critique it? Some of the scores took FOREVER to get back....and it was usually the Chinese scores....the HIGH ones they didn't deserve!

The men's gymnastics were biased the same way....don't know if you watched.

I noticed the tooth to, somebody over there is full of crap

  2. gotta love idiots like this!!!let's see---the coaches have offered and really wish to start a weight program with sport specific workouts for all the athletic teams----some have refused and their teams remain weak.next---the team, boosters, fans are building a fieldhouse that opens up more locker room space for other sports that use the gym--some teams will actually have lockers now.also, the new weight room is for use by the entire athletic program.then, most of the football players play a second sport(some have done a third).so all of these teammembers respect other sport teams.also, many of the football players can be found cheering for the softball team or the basketball teams,or the baseball teams regularly.

as far as the county---there has and always will be the competitveness between in-county teams.do not mistake this for disrespect.alot of the boys have played together growing up,but now play on different high school teams.they love to play against each other and talk to each other afterwards---some even go eat together.

but i guess you don't know or understand----you do root for bama----DA!!!!

    =@ 8) :clapping: :clapping:

  3. The problem is that my wife now complains when you are closed and I have to get supermarket steak....it used to be good enough but now all I hear is "its tougher, not as fresh, etc.".

We are now West Metro snobs.

What are this weeks specials anyway?

We all wanted cube steak tonight but since they are closed we will wait, total snobs. Grocery store meat just won't do.

  4. Yes I saw her. I had to stop for her and watch her little toddler falling over her own feet as many toddlers do. So I did witness her and called the PO. I have not judged her at all. I could care less who she is, what she does, if she is trying her best, whatever. I don't care if she is nice, mean, fat, skinny, pretty, white, black, old, young, rich, poor, drives a car, rides a horse, is homeless or lives in a mansion. It doesn't matter. She was in the middle of the freaking road, causing danger. How much more of this are people going to say about it. Move on. I am frusterated at being judged by some of you. I did what I thought was a nice thing by sending her help from the police so she or her kids didn't get squashed. Gosh, ya'll are mean folks.

You just cared enough to call the cops on her :good:

  5. I don't really think the problem was her walking. It was just because she was litterally in the middle of the road completely stopping traffic, and that is a very dangerous road. It is just a safety thing. Had she been walking safely, not causing traffic to stop, if she was in the correct lane where her back wasn't facing the oncoming traffic, then it'd be different. It wasn't because she doesn't have a car, it is because she was really causing a dangerous, potentially deadly situation. She kinda did need to get the heck out of the way, truthfully.

Did you see her in the middle of the road? I doubt very seriously that she was. She walks on the side of the road that she lives on, she is a nice & very capable woman.

If you don't know her, if you didn't witness her in the middle of the road don't judge her. SHE IS TRYING HER BEST.

  6. I agree, but disagree with this. Part of the reason this world is in the shape that it is, is some people always expects a handout and thinks everyone owes them something or that they are entitled.

I will be the first to jump in and help someone out, but not if they are not willing to help themselves out.

You are so wrong about this woman, most women that has been in her position can't or won't do what she has done, she is very much trying to do for herself

  7. I really am surprised by some of the responses on here. If this is the woman I think it is, and I bet it is, you really should be ashamed, she is a good lady and she is trying. Some people do have to walk or ride bikes you don't the know situation because you are to scared to ask her.

  8. If this was a Black woman with a small child, I know who you are talking about. I have talked to her before, I offered her a ride one morning, she was walking in the rain with her child. She is very nice & seems to be a good mother. She has been abused & lives in a battered shelter. She works near Abney & is saving to buy a car. She cannot accept rides from anyone as part of her living arrangements. I have a lot of respect for her, she is working & trying to take care of her child.

  9. Damn straight. Screw the wrongly accused. American isn't great because of equal rights for all, it's great because we execute people without giving them a fair chance to be found innocent.

    15 years was to long
