I saw this kid when he was walking on Goldmine towards 278, Mama was sitting in her car way behind him, on the other side of the road, laughing. WTF?? Just figures it would happen in my neighborhood... Unless the kid is brandishing a weapon I hope the cops scare MOMMA for wasting the taxpayers' money on this. If your kid is out of control and you want to teach him/her a lesson, drive the little demon to the station yourself!
