I complained to the Asst. Manager Lee several months ago and was told they would no longer be allowed there. These people are from the state dare program and none of the money they collect goes to Paulding County.

I went by MacFarlanes about a hour ago and they were closed. I read they'd be closed for cleaning and reopen for dinner but the lights were off and no one was there. Anyone know? Thought I might go eat there tonight.

Heres a few pics of today at Lake Weiss. Thank goodness we weren't flooded but our dock is under water.
This is our dock. All you can see are the poles at the end of it.
Our neighbors dock. You can tell it was under water.
Another dock next to us. Its been under water also.
This is the boat dock in our area. You can tell the water has been much higher.
Mudcreek Campground.
The other side of the bridge from Mudcreek Campground. The other pics are dock at Brushy Branch and one side of the road at Brushy Branch. Also one of the campers pulled in the field beside Scooters.

We just got home from the lake and the water is going down a little but it rained really hard there last night. Out dock is still under water and we're going to have some debris to clean up after the water goes down because it came over our seawall by about two feet. There was alot of campers pulled out near Scooters Store. We tried to go to the new campsites that Richard Lindsey has near Scooters but there was still a area of the road that was under water.

So are you at the one next to the bridge? We're really close then because Cotton Cove is between Lindseys and Scooters. I'm still waiting for my husband to get home from work so we can go up there.

You can check the water level by going to postpaper.com and click on weiss lake info. Thats what I have been doing. We're going up there in a little while to check on ours and spend the night. Piggins you said you were on Mudd Creek, what is the name of the site your in. Cotton Cove is where we're at and its on Mudd Creek and there is also Old Savannah. I know of a couple of other places but don't know the name of them.

We're going up tomorrow. We have a house in Cotton Cove, near Lindsey's Store. I checked the Weiss Lake Info and it says the water level in 564.72 which is only a little above full pool. 564 is full pool. The info site says they only expect it to crest at 565 because they have the spill gates open on the dam.

My son got a e-mail from BOA concerning his debit card. They noticed unusual actitivy and froze his card. They closed his account down and told him to go to the bank tomorrow and open another one. Nothing had been charged on it but I assume they had tried. He'll know more tomorrow when he goes to the bank. Its been about two months since we ate at Fiesta Azteca.

I made the laundry detergent and love it. I also made the furniture polish, all purpose cleaner, and love them both. If anyone is looking for the Bonner liquid soap, Target has it. It next to the bees wax stuff. I bought the peppermint one and my house smells so good.

I just googled it and there is lots of stuff about the pickle juice. Its the vinegar thats full of potassium.

My husband has leg cramps and he drinks pickle juice from dill pickles. When we empty a jar of pickles I just leave the jar of juice in the frig and he will eventually drink it. It does help in him not having them as frequent.

To the Lopez family. My prayers are with you through this hard time. I didn't know Bri but I can tell she was one special little girl by the things people have said. My the Lord lift you up in his hands and take care of you through the hard days ahead.

Thank you so very much Boondocks-Belle. The hairspray got almost all of it out and then I used the alcohol and it looks like its all gone. I knew someone on pcom would know what to do.

Whats going on in Hiram? Near Brewster they have a white boxtruck pulled over, and there are about seven police cars. SO, Powder Springs, Hiram and GSP.
