You can't wait on people or you get left holding the bag. I would keep it advertised until you have a signed contract and a deposit in your hand. You may want to email the other couple and let them know that you will have to continue to advertise the house and they will likely lose the deal if they don't stop procrastinating.

Today was the final day for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The theater did a fantastic job pulling together a great cast and putting on a very entertaining play. The cast was great and the kids did absolutely a wonderful job.
