    Sheesh, folks. I think the original poster's observations are valid, as should you. Feedback to the organizers is helpful, as it helps them organize and plan what the community wants.

     

    So, rather than bash them for voicing an observation, you should be thankful that people pay attention and take the time to provide feedback. It makes for a better experience for all.

    Thinking about moving...

    I've been thinking about moving. I've been out in the west and midwest. It's nice there too. On one hand I can get a nice home out there, especially with the way the housing market still is. Yet the same thing would make it difficult to do so. Need to sell my home before I could move.

     

    I still like it here, but the last few months I've been thinking about it. I may take a trip out there after the New Year. The area I'd really like is Colorado or New Mexico. I've been to both and really liked it out there.

     

    I'm right there with ya! New Mexico was my first choice. I'm so sick of allergies. I'm going to see my Dad in a few months in Orange County CA. Thinking of driving over AZ and check stuff out.

     

    My mother did a cross country trip recently in their house....er.....motor home and Colorado is beautiful :D

    Love to! Sadly, I am sitting at my desk at work. :( Here until 5pm.

    :( Ok, miss you. That would have been fun. It's almost a 3 hour movie. I'm in Hiram. If you can go at 5pm you could pick me up :D If you can go Friday PM me. I'll spring for everything. I would love to see you! :D

    The theater needs to create movie packages. It would help them a lot.

     

    Something like:

    -- Couples package - 2 movie tickets, 2 sodas, 1 popcorn for $15-$20

    -- Family package - 4 movie tickets, 4 sodas, 2 popcorns for $25-$30 (they could add $5 for an additional person with a soda, and $3 for an additional large popcorn)

     

    I think it would increase their business a lot. I would be more tempted to go if it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

     

    It's only 6 bucks at 1pm. I'll pay for it. Meet me there?

    Putting peanuts in a coca-cola

     

     

    Yummy that is what I am drinking now diet coke that ... LOL

     

     

    reminds me of the old timie coke bottles, I like to put spicy peanuts in the drink LOL

     

    I know some are gonna think I am crazy LOL

     

    and some will say yuck LOL

     

     

    what are some strange things you have tried that others may go yuck at ..... and I am talking food wise :D

     

    In the summer time I also like boiled cabbage with mayo and ripe tomato's mixed together ......

     

     

    I remember that too!

     

    I like crunched up bbq chips in my spaghetti.

    Looking for a seamstress to make me a bedspread. I have come to the conclusion that these have been extinct. I was on a water bed too long. So off I go to find a bedspread for my new memory foam on the Internet and found nothing.

     

    I will measure and then be told how many yards to buy of the fabric I pick out. Now who here sews?

    I woke up this morning with a sore throat, ear ache, and one side of my nose is dripping like a faucett, one side is stopped up like a toilet, and I feel like someone has a pair of pilers squeezing my head tighter and toghter...

     

    anyone else had this? and what did you take? I hate being sick... ^_^

     

    I started antibiotics last Friday. I just felt the sinus about to get into the ears. I can hardly talk but other than that, I think I stopped what could have been a bad sinus infection.

     

    I have never had a dog with allergies before so the irony is .....I still had to put out money for a an office visit and Antihistamine.

     

    I hope you feel better! You are not alone.

     

    Oh, and dog say's, "I feel ya". :lol:
