  5. Frances Lee (Clark) Pietschner, 85, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at the WellStar Tranquility Hospice in Austell. She was born in Atlanta on April 11, 1923, the daughter of the late Thomas Watson Clark and Gladys Iva Austin. She married Paul William Pietschner on December 24, 1942 were married for almost 50 years prior to his death in 1992. Frances was an avid gardener—she was very happy working in her yard and garden. She was a former substitute teacher at McEachern High School, a volunteer for the American Red Cross, and she and Paul enjoyed sailing.

A seamstress she was a member and past president of the Paulding County Lions Club she was also a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Dallas.
