  1. James William (Billy) Bullock passed away at his home April 24, 2009. He had suffered from cancer for the past four years. He was 75 years old. Billy was born May 20, 1933 in the Union community in Paulding County, Georgia on the family farm. His great grandmother was raised in Atlanta in the area of the Union Station and when the Caldwell family estate was sold she and his great grandfather Bullock purchased the farm because you could see the city of Atlanta, 45 miles away. She referred to it as a beautiful place where the water flowed in all directions, and she could see her home. Bill
