Mr. Williams was born on August 3, 1946 in Fulton County, Ga, the son of the late Luther Hugh Williams and Mildred Lavonia Barton. In his spare time Mr. Williams made beaded necklaces and wrote poetry. Mr. Williams honorably served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam.
