Mr. Baggett was born on March 11, 1919 the son of the late Arthur Allen Baggett and Claudie Bell Baggett. Mr. Baggett served in the United States Army during World War II, beginning his service in 1940. He stormed Normandy Beach and was a Prisoner of War.
