You know you miss me atlantdav!

Maybe we need a good community service event to bring us all back together?

  2. We are thinking about having a house built in Seven Hills under Loren Construction. Is there anything that you really like or dislike about this company and/ or their quality of construction. If you have one of their houses, are you happy with how it was built? Is there anything we need to be cautious about?

We are also thinking about a house by Sharp Construction; we are deciding between the 2. What do you think about this company and your home?

    Thanks!

    PM Sent... :D

  3. Morning everyone. Anyone know of a Car Show happening this weekend? Prefer today, in the metro area.

Cruise night is tonight down at the Wendys (West Cobb) at the corner of Barrett Pkwy and Dallas Hwy (120). Cars start showing up around 4pm and usually lasts until dark.

There is also this show (which includes a car show) today...

....but I don't think you will get any bump pics for a while.

She is 9 weeks today. B) There will be an 8 year difference between our first and second.  :p

  5. I remember your house now..Wasn't it the one in Evans Mill or Hunter's Glen? I always get those two confused....Lucky you..I got full asking price of my first house  Your house was the same price as mine with no basement. :p

It was Hunter's Glen. Yep, mine was a slab home....and I didn't think that I would compete with the basement homes. I guess the upgrades helped....plus I ended up throwing in the swing set during the negotiations. :p :p (I really didn't want to move it anyway)

I would also recommend NOT saying NO to any offer. Your goal is to keep ANY potential buyer interested....and you never know how far they are willing to come up in the negotiations.

  6. Did you lose money on it? What do you think that you did that helped it sell so fast?

Nope...after realtor costs and me paying part of the closing....I broke dead even, and walked away happy and relieved that it sold quick. Price and staging sold my house. We removed everything we didn't need daily and put it in storage, then staged the house and kept it clean.

BTW...I got full asking price for my home to. B) :p
