Can someone tell me if it is possible to get a copy or even replay the Scanner archives from Sunday night (Sep 20) from 11pm to 3pm or so on Monday(Sep 21)....
I am willing to pay for this if need be....it has a very special meaning to me.
I would appreciate any help you may offer.

Yes, I really dont know what I have, but if Pcommers can state what they need, I will look. When we moved here, we ended up with double and triple on some things. I've been needing to have a yard sale, but probably wont ever get to it. I would rather give to someone here, than make a few bucks on a pain in the backside yard sale. Please dont be scared to ask!!
I am tired of giving stuff to the various BIG charities just to catch a tax break and later hearing horror stories of misuse of funds , super high salaries of execs, etc. I want to know where my "stuff" is going and feel it is really going to someone who is hard-working and has just come up on hard times.
I don't want to be giving to the "professional" welfare folks who work the system. That may sound hard-hearted, but it is what it is!!
These people deserve all the help they can get...they are victims.

I want to help VICTIMS with what I can....Most items are not new, but all are good enough to use until you can do better....worked for kids in college. (MONTHLY MEETING THIS TUESDAY - NEW LOCATION!!!)
Join us this Tuesday, August 11 at 6:30 p.m. for our monthly club meeting and social. Don't forget, this month we're returning to Ryan's Restaurant, you'll find us in a private, reserved room at the back of the restaurant. Moving back to Ryan's will give us the chance to eat and wrap up our meeting sooner giving everyone more time for socializing!!
Wait till you hear about some of the new activities we've got coming up including one of our ever popular club picnics at White Oaks Park. Those of you who have been to one of our picnics in the past, know we have a great time!! Hey, if you want to make single friends for dating or just to have someone to hang out with, this is great! You can meet, greet, and socialize over dinner in a group setting. without the "first-date" stress or hassle. After that, it is up to you.
I have been to the "45 and over", PAULDING COUNTY SINGLES GROUP, several times and had a great time! They meet at O'Charleys , in Hiram, the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 . They do a lot of things as a group, local dances, bowling, movies, picnics, in-home parties, Texas Holdem, etc. They leave it up to the members to decide what activities are planned for each month. You can attend some, none, or all, its your choice. They also support some of our military folks from Paulding with care packages at Christmas, birthdays, etc..

If u go to the archives on the scanpaulding site - it sounds like he says TPO.
The one for 8:37 to 8:53 about 10:58 in you can hear the unit calling the dispatch.

OK, now do you know what TPO stands for? I am sure it is a simple, common code but I don't see it on the list of codes.
Is there a place to find these sort of codes...Hate to sound dumb, but when it comes to the scanner, I admit I am.

i was listening to the scanner this morning around 8:40 or so and heard a unit 44 say they were at 3121 Hiram Dville Hwy (hwy 92) with a T deal. Just wondering what that means....Anyone know?

Hmmm, tough call here.
First off, I'm genuinely sorry for your injury and the suffering you've experienced.
No way for anyone to know without seeing the site of the accident and recreating the circumstances, but I'm not so sure they restaurant is completely responsible for this. The hole is suspect so you may have some case there, but by your own admission you had your arms full and it sounds like you couldn't/weren't watching where you were going. I think you need to accept at least a portion of the responsibility here.
Sorry if that seems harsh, but law suits have gotten way out of hand and it's costing consumers through higher prices.
Yes, you are correct and I do accept that portion of the accident. When I went into the store a car was parked over the hole so no, I did not see it.
If you went into any business establishment, especially a fast-food place, would you expect to have a big hole a few feet from the main door?
I think you are missing the point here.....I am not looking for a lawsuit here....I want to know if it is legal for me to let MY insurance pay for damages that a third party is responsible for (in my eyes) and how do I get back money I have put out without filing a lawsuit.

personally...i wouldnt go against the grain with the "investigator". you ARE complicating things he may be able to expedite...it is his job.
dont sign anything saying its over...just things so he can get his information.
you should at least have given working WITH him a chance, don't you think?
I did try to work with him....even told him all he needed to pay was what I had paid out of pocket. He didn't even listen. I was not interested in a lawsuit. I only wanted what I was due. I just want someone to tell me what I am "legally" required to do at this point. and how I get my money back for something that was their fault.... Before I go get an attorney I want to know if that is the best way to handle

I do not think a hole is negligence pe se. You have a duty to watch where you are going.
I would think that any Doctor that works for Attorneys would be suspect.
I would bet you are not a legal person either......Yes, I should watch where I am going....NO, the hole should NOT have been left for another 3 months unrepaired.....Don't try running a business with your outlook.
I would bet if I had a hole at the bottom of my front porch and someone fell my insurance would be the first one to tell me that the hole should have been fixed,,,,,especially, since I would be going by it every day and knowing it was there and ignored.
Whats with your next comment? I am not seeing any doctors affiliated with an Attorney that I am aware of. I don't know what you are trying to say

Three months ago I went on an extended vacation with plans of spending some quality time with my brother and family whom I only get to see on an "every other year or so" basis....
First night, my sister and I decided to pick up chicken from Church's for dinner.... We go in and place our order. As we start to leave, I looked at the bill and realized the order was incorrect. The girl taking the order quickly apologized for the mistake, corrected the order and all was OK as far as I was concerned. However, it was not OK with the manager. She came over and basically reprimanded the girl in front of us with me telling her is was my fault...Anyway, we got our 40.00 worth of food and proceeded to leave.........
I had my arms full with two large boxes of chicken. I stepped out the door and went a few feet before I stepped into a large hole in the pavement and proceeded to go down on both knees and then face forward into the concrete....... I couldn't get my arms free to help protect myself.
My sister was trying to help me up when the Manager came running out the store shouting "I told them to fix this hole before someone got hurt". They got me up, took me back inside to determine the damage. I was bleeding from both knees, hand, arms, and upper arms had gravel embedded in it. I had a mouth full of grit.....They brought me ice for my forehead (which was becoming eggsize) and paper towels for blood. I don't know if this is what people mean when they say someone is going into shock but during this whole time, my breathing was getting more difficult and I started to hyperventilate. The Store manager calls the police and EMS.
When they arrived they took my sugar (I am diabetic) and blood pressure which by this was like 200/98 and climbing... My sugar was fine. I kept telling them I thought I was OK, just scared, but they felt I should go to the emergency room before I had a stroke or heart attack,,, so off we go. Their charge $1290.00.
At the emergency room, they cleaned me up, kept me for awhile to make sure my blood pressure was back to normal, and gave me a prescription for pain pills and a tetanus shot because of all the open wounds. The doctor had looked at my knees and said since I could walk on them, he didn't think anything was broken and he felt of my cheekbone and said "I don't feel anything broken, keep ice on it for swelling and just check with your own doctor if it is not OK in a week or so," charged me $643.00 and sent me on my way.....
First night, I was just miserable.....On the second night after the accident it was hellllll......
I was running a fever, had chills, and hurt everywhere. It was like I had the worst flu ever. My sister called the emergency room to ask what she should do for me. They said "sounds like she is having a reaction to the tetanus shot, if she is not better by tommorrow, she might need to come back in." It took me about four days, before I really felt like leaving the house. I looked like I had been in a terrible auto accident or something.... My forehead and one side of my face was black and swollen terribly. What a way to spend my vacation!!!!
Fast forward to about 3 weeks later....I had started to realize after aweek or so had passed that my jaw tooth (which is right underneath the cheekbone where I hit the concrete) appeared is hurting as well as the "cheekbone" area. As soon as I got back home, I called my doctor first and went in a few days later. She said she could tell the face was still swollen and advised getting an xray. She said she wasn't positive an xray would pick up a problem, since by now it had been over 30days since the accident. They called back and said it did not pick up anything abnormal. They said I should have a CTscan to see if it was the smaller bones in the face which may be broken..
I then made an appointment with my dentist. I did't say anything about my fall. When he looked into my mouth he said "My God, what have you done to your teeth"? I asked what he meant. ...He said "your three front teeth are chipped and very ragged"......before I could respond to that he said" and this tooth is cracked". He was tapping on my jaw tooth. I then explained about my fall. Apparantly, what I had thought was dirt or grit in my mouth was actually parts of my teeth.... I had a little blood when I spit, but I assumed it was from my lip......it never dawned on my my teeth were damaged.
Then came the real fun part.....It was going to cost $922.00 for a crown on this tooth.
NOW BACK TO THE "FINE" FOLKS AT CHURCH'S....... When I had returned home from vacation, I had a message from an insurance company who represents Churchs. It was to inform me that he was going to be the "investigatior" for this incident and I needed to call him to discuss. I returned his call and this jerk was so full of himself...he starts with, My name is ........ and I am going to be the Investigator" I almost laughed in his face. I told him nicely that he might want to start his investigation by getting my correct name... He was baffled and wanted to know where the name came from that he was given. I said I had no idea...I didn't give it to you. He asked for my version of what had transpired and I told him about my fall. He said this would require a "full-blown" investigation and that I should fax him my copy of the police report, hospital reports, etc. He wanted a copy of "everything I have"". After thinking about it awhile, I decided since he was such a good "investigator", he could get his own copies...... I didn't want to be bothered. That is why I pay for insurance!
He called again this past week and I told him about my trip to the dentist and doctor. He remarked "do you have medical and dental insurance which helps pay your bills?" I told him I did have medical and he wanted to know who it was with. He said he would have to contact them to see what they had paid.
He wants me to sign a "full" medical information release form so he can "investigate" my life history, yada, yada. I said this is all a bunch of BS.....all he needs to know is what happened to cause the fall and what bills I have had since the incident..... I told him this was too much trouble and I didn't have time for it. His response was "then you will need to sign a release " Now I am getting pissed.....I now see why people are forced to get attorneys.
It has now been over three months since my accident......I don't know how to proceed. My face is still giving me problems. I am going to schedule a ctscan this week even though my doctors says if it is the small bones broken, they don't usually do anything about it. But since it is still giving me trouble after 3 months, I am afraid not to have it checked..... I am afraid if I tell my medical insurance that a third party was involved, they will stop paying my medical. Then what?
It appears that Churchs isn't willing to talk to their own people for details....they just want to harrass me and drag this thing out.
ANY ADVICE??? DO YOU KNOW ANY GOOD LOCAL ATTORNEYS WHO HANDLE THIS SORT OF THING. I HATE THE THOUGHTS OF CALLING ONE OF THE "ONE CALL-THATS ALL" AMBULANCE CHASER ATTORNEYS
PS: And for the record, the folks were nice and refilled my order which wound up all over the parking lot. Was it correct???? NOT and also, as of yesterday the hole which is right in front of the entry door IS STILL THERE. IT HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED TALK ABOUT BLATANT NEGLIGENCE.......

i've got a leak at the end of my drive way , grass is real green , kinda stank a little , but my house is 75 yards from the road , need somebody to check it out that is not gonna take me for a RIDE , lol , and tell me if that is my problem and how much it will cost .

my daughter was just hired as a new teacher (her first time out) and needs to equip her classroom in a hurry....Does anyone have the following items for sale at a reasonable price.

3. Books suitable for 2nd grade students.

If I had been there my mother instinct would have taken over and I would have beat her to a pulp! Anyway, there is my vent. Lady, if you read this, I hope your life will be touched by someone who is different and maybe you will understand how hurtful what you did was!
You should buy your son a camera phone.....the next time he encounters a low-life, ignorant, scum of this nature, have him get a good picture of her and record as much of the incident as he can. Then post it on PCOM for all to see
Sit back and see if she can still hold her head up in the community when her idenity is revealed.. I am sure someone on here would know this person.......See who is laughing last!!!!
If no one recognizes her on HERE, make copies of her picture, along with her comments and post it on all the Kroger bulletin boards (or maybe Walmart) with something like "DO YOU KNOW THIS WOMAN???? IF SO, CALL........
See how she likes someone calling attention to her..... Every now and then, you have to fight fire with fire.....
