This was discovered by an attorney who came to understand that the client attorney privileged conversations may have been overheard by functionaries of the private company that administers the bracelets for the courts. This is because the bracelets contain compete GPS capable cell phones that have the capability of initiating a call from the monitoring agency both with a notice and without.
