Pokerplayer14 Posted December 23, 2014 Report Share Posted December 23, 2014 The neighbor who lives behind us hired a local tree remover to take down some trees. Last night they dropped a tree on my fence. No one ever came and said anything to us the only way I found out about it was I looked out my back window and saw the damage. The homeowner also said nothing to us about the damage. They were going to replace the damaged fencing with fencing that was quite old, our fence was put up three years ago. Had the cops come out and do a report. Sure I will be heading to small claims court to get the money to fix the fence. Anyone else have an experience like this before? I really don't want to contact my insurance company will end up costing me more. I still can't get over the behavior from the business owner. Unbelievable. Link to post Share on other sites
