R. U. Serious?
Baby back ribs are shorted than St. Louis style ribs. The baby back has lots of meat whereas the St. louis has more bone than meat.
+Rodneysbbq
Price for the ribs? Can you describe the difference in the two style ribs offered for July 4th? Rodney's will be offering your choice of Babyback or St Louis Spare Ribs for the same price of $15.99 per slab. Starting at noon on the 4th you can come by the restaurant and choose your slabs right off the grill from Rodney. You can also call in your order starting tonight at reserve your ribs for pick up (or delivery for party orders) on the 4th of July at 770-445-5900. Babyback ribs are small and tender, and take less time to cook than spare ribs. They are from the epart of the pig pork chops come from, and the meat is tender and bones are small. Spare Ribs (most are St louis cut) are also known as "Flintstone" Ribs. They are much larger bones and meaty, and take longer to cook. They are from the area of the pig bacon comes from. Different parts of the country favor different ribs, and most folks in the south use baby back ribs. However, if you have never tried St Louis Spare Ribs, they are a real treat.
