Funeral Director Posted November 11, 2011 Report Share Posted November 11, 2011 Mrs. Betty Lou Robinson Morrison, age 83 of Dallas, GA passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Betty Lou Morrison was born in Hazard, Kentucky on August 26, 1928 to loving parents the late Mr. John Henry Bartley and Mrs. Della Hunter Bartley. She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband of many years Mr. Marlin Lavern Robinson who passed away in 1982, and her second husband Mr. Richard Morrison. Mrs. Morrison is survived by two daughters Mr. & Mrs. Lamar (Dale) Wilkie of Acworth, GA and Mr. & Mrs. Joseph (Lavon) Menchio of Douglasville, GA; four sons Mr. John Robinson and Vickie, Mr. & Mrs. Jimmy (Betty) Robinson, Mr. & Mrs. Roger (Tam) Robinson all of Dallas, GA, and Mr. & Mrs. Kenny (Robin) Robinson of Rockmart, GA; eighteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, as well as other beloved family members and friends. Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Morrison will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 2 pm with Reverend Thomas Cole officiating. Music will be provided by Voxyz Hardee, Jeff Eberhart, and Becky Bearden. Serving as pall bearers will be Shane Robinson, Jason Whittle, Josh Robinson, Tim Robinson, Scott Wilkie, and Johnathan Robinson. Honorary pall bearers will include Hagan Robinson, Adam Wilkie, John Menchio, Tanner Robinson, Anderson Whittle, Dylan Drew, Jackson Whittle, and Jordan Wilkie. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 12 – 9 pm and Sunday, November 13, 2011 from 9 am until the time of service.
