	Sheriff Gulledge entertaining at PBA Sheriff Gary Gulledge, whose Paulding style is the opposite of big city, entertained those at the Paulding Business Association lunch with his discussion of the challenges that the Sheriff's office has overcome over the past 25 years as well as the challenges it faces today. The BOC absolutely must do a salary comparison with like agencies because they have fell way behind the curve. You have to have comparable pay and benefits if you want to attract and keep the best candidates. You can't put a price on experience.
