bensonfh Posted November 4, 2011 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry "Beetle" Fields age 62 of Dallas, Ga. will be held on Sunday November 6, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. from Pine Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Turner, Rev. Curtis Turner & Rev. C.L. Powers officiating. Interment will follow in the Melrose Cemetery with Adam Beavers, Johnathan Culpepper, Robbie Cason, Jason Fields, Donny Pace, Jamie Pace, Corrie Davis and Storm Fields serving as Pall Bearers. The following will serve as Honorary Pall Bearers: Tommy Panter, Jeff Dodd, Lavaughn Johnson, Yogi Reeves, Steve Voyles, Curly Shelton, Kent Carter, Ricky Tolbert, Lewis Beavers, Jimmy Pace, Stan Seals and Skinny Maton. The Family will receive friends on Saturday November 5, 2011 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Survivors include: Wife: Mrs. Debbie Fields of Dallas, Ga. Son: Mr. & Mrs. Nicholas (Shanna) Fields of Dallas, Ga. Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Jason (Brandi) Warlick of Dallas, Ga. Grandchildren: Finn Warlick, Maggie Warlick and Kennedy Fields Mother: Mrs. L.E.
