JetBeauty32
Does anyone know where I could give some individual SAT Prep Assistance for my 17 yr old son? I would prefer he not be in a classroom/group setting because I want him to get the individual attention. Any information anyone could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! dondon
Different people learn different ways. My son did it on his own via the computer. There is free practice on the SAT registration site. He also got a book at Barnes and Noble which had a CD. He did fine working that way. I'm sorry I can't recommend in-person teaching approaches. Good luck!
JetBeauty32
Thx for the reply dogsrule. We have been utilizing the free practice website on the Department of Education website and I also purchased the book. He has high enough scores to get into most of the schools he's applied to, but there are a few ivy league schools that require much higher scores. So, I was just trying to get him some additional help for that reason.

I know a lady who is an out of work (probably not too much longer) Electrical Engineer who graduated with High Honors (in 1986) and has tutoring experience. She has done adult literacy training and tutored most subjects on an individual basis. If you'd like, I could put you in touch so you could discuss this with her.
