+shopthebookworm
Please plan on coming in to meet 2 authors on Saturday from 2pm to 4pm. Greg Shillo -The Dad Who is There Dad, ever wondered how you're doing as a father? Feeling as if you could do better? Wondering whether it is too late to do it right or even make corrections? Concerned that your time came and went, and you blew the shot? Take heart; you're not alone in asking yourself whether you are on the plus or minus side as a dad and being afraid of the answer. In The Dad Who is There: My Journey to Becoming a Plus-side Father Greg Schillo gives encouragement to all dads to keep up the effort, no matter where you are in your fathering. He lets you know it's never too late, you'll be glad you stayed with it, and you may even be doing better than you knew! Lisa Garcia - The Least of These Ask the average eleven to seventeen-year-old how much he or she knows about aboortzion, and you might be surprised to find that the answer is 'very little.' However, research shows that teens and pre-teens who understand what aboortzion entails are overwhelmingly against it. In The Least of These: Calling on America's Youth to Defend the Unborn, Lisa Garcia seeks to educate this generation about this crucial social issue. Lisa covers all the bases, explaining an infant's development from conception until birth; the various aboortzion techniques used; how racism was connected to the aboortzion movement; and how aboortzion became legal in the United States. No matter where you stand on the issue, and no matter what faith you adhere to, The Least of These, will open your eyes to the facts surrounding this controversial debate. gpatt0n
You asked a question and here's the answer: In recognition that you can't call the Neil Boortz show and talk about aboortzion, we at Pcom also discourage this topic of debate because of its divisive and polarizing nature. Because of that we instituted a word switch to the word 'aboortzion' for that word to highlight our reluctance to have it as a topic of discussion. Since you are hosting a meeting with authors and its book signing, we will let the topic remain visible but as is our policy regarding said discussions on pcom, we are closing the topic. Good luck with your meeting at the bookstore. pubby
