He was landline with dispatchers till SO could catch up edit to add: suspected intoxicated driver. I believe it is on Parris Rd. eng 1 enroute to summerhill rd at parris rd requested for fire hazzard I think they are saying Harris Rd - not Parris. So, near 278 and Harris Rd, GSP requested.
