David Burns
When selling a home, open the blinds, curtains or shades so that sunlight fills each room. If you’re showing your house at night or in the evening, leave ligts and lamps on. Lamps give your home a soft, homey feel that appeals to buyers.
SOTDOC
Thankfully, my house has a lot of natural light. I couldn't imagine living in a dark home! It's really important to think about these things when you're buying a house.
lapaul
Thanks for the tip...I'll be sure to pass it on to my friend who is showing her house in a few days.
+safeactionsolutions
What if you have a large window facing west and leaving the shades and drapes open heats up the house?
