In my experience, school photos are usually awful.

Good idea!

 

My son's high school band program says they are going to arrange for professional pictures this school year. Finally!! We've always wanted good ones in the marching uniform and another in the concert tux with each instrument he plays. Naturally, it will be a fund raiser. In the past they only offered pictures to seniors. (!?!) If it isn't worked out soon I will be looking for a private studio.
