Rodney’s Recipe of the Week:
for those nights that you just can’t make
it to Rodney’s!


Beef Stroganoff

2 cans Herefords Beef in Gravy
1 stick butter
1 onion
8 oz Breakstone Sour Cream
1 ½ cups White Rice
Directions:
Dice onion and sauté in sauce pan
with 1 stick of butter until onion is
tender. Add 2 cans Herford’s beef.
Break beef up using the back of a
fork. When beef is hot add sour
cream and season with Lawry’s
seasoned salt to taste.
Rice: 1 ½ cups rice to 3 cups
water and a dash of salt heat to
boiling then reduce heat and cover
for 8 minutes. Do not remove lid
during this time. Pour beef
stroganoff over rice and serve.
