+subby1
Hi folks!!! I will be caught up by the end of the week, and ready to take in more mower repairs, so give me call and we'll go from there. I provide quick turnaround service and do a thorough job. Tuneups are more than welcome too. You can search over my previous threads for more detailed information if you like. Pick up and delivery is available for push mowers only, and only cost an extra $25 (within a certain distance from where I live). I also repair engines on blowers, trimmers, tillers and chainsaws. So, drop me a line if you need it done right, for a low price, without having to wait more than 1 week. Thanks! Glenn - 678-315-8794

+subby1
Hey Subby, we have a tiller that froze up. Think you could look at it?? Might need a new engine, hubby thinks he forgot to put oil in it. That doesn't sound good to me.....I could look at it if yall can bring it by sometime. I've had success ONCE with a froze up engine though, and it wasn't running when it froze up. Did it freeze up while running? Or is it just hard to almost impossible to pull the cord/ or get it to turn over with the starter, but was okay prior to the last time it ran? BTW- FREE ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU PLANNING ON CUTTING YOUR GRASS- CHECK THE ENGINE OIL BEFORE YOU CRANK IT UP!!! If it low, then shore it back up...better yet, change it if it hasn't been changed in a while. ALSO, if the level is really high, and thin and smell of gas......DO NOT crank it up until you've drained all of that out. Sometimes the float can stick on the carburetor, and the gas will continue to flow on through, into the engine and into the crankcase. If you run it in this condition you will blow the engine in a matter of seconds.

I have no clue what is wrong with it, how much does repair work run?? (does that^^^ make any sense?? ) It depends on what the problem is. Could be the carb, the ignition, etc. They seldom run beyond $100 though....on average about $75-80.
