eym_sirius
Case certainly makes excellent quality knives. One can rarely find them on sale! FYI, back in the day (college years), I worked for a mail order cutlery company. I know knives, worked trade shows, etc. Good selling on the Case pocket knives! They make excellent gifts (groomsmen, graduation, etc.)

RKC
What do you think about the Chef's Choice products, for sharpening? I do have available the Chefs Choice line of their sharpeners both electric and manual Even though I have sold electric and have not had any negative feedback from as I believe most customers have used them for just touch ups to their cutlery with a swipe or two. Personally, I like manual sharpening, even if its a touch up on a diamond or ceramic rod/stick or getting a edge back with a 3 to 4 stone process with a Lansky/DMT set up or with a Edge Pro system.
