SPC 4 Perry is survived by: Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill (Gayle) Perry of Dallas, Ga.; Brothers, Mr. Wes Perry of Smyrna, Ga. and Mr. Chad Perry of Tennessee; Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Mr. Perry was preceded in death by: Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Preston (Fernanda Hearn) Perry and Mr. and Mrs. Homer Lee (Helen) Harris.
