Clark Funeral Home Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 Donna Louise Shatus, age 65, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. She was born in Tampa, Florida, on October 6, 1942. Mrs. Shatus was preceded in death by her father, Johnny F. Vlad and her mother-in-law, Rose Shatus. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Michael Gerald Shatus, for 45 years, and they started their family in Miami and then moved to Atlanta. Survivors include her husband, Michael Gerald Shatus of Hiram, GA; mother, Sarah Bishop Vlad; sons & daughters-in-law, Troy & Sheri Shatus of Dallas, GA and Phil & Tracy Shatus of Powder Springs, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Brenda & Kevin Stewart of Bossier City, LA; brothers & sister-in-law, Johnny & Linda Vlad of Miami, FL, Richard Vlad of Dallas, TX, and Ralph Vlad of Miami, FL; sister, Maryaline Vlad Henderson of Maryland; eleven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, April 14, 2008, at 11:00am, Clark Funeral Home, with Dr. Curtis Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Diabetes Association, P. O.
