NumberCruncher
All I can think of is Joe Griffin's bus, and that is sending me into fits of giggles......(But I don't know why a girl would have been taken there.) I'm sure that's not really the name of the bus... isn't it mobile command center, or something?
FreeBird
there is an old gold bus that the SO uses as a command unit - I've seen it at crime scenes and stand offs, etc. I think this girl was at some type of medical facility

That was the bus I was thinking of, not an old gold one. BUt I really don't know of a mobile crisis center......

Ugadawgs98
Many mental health programs have workers who respond to the home to deal with ongoing outpatient issues and possibly hotline issues. If they determine the person is a threat they have the authority to involuntarily admit the patient. Sounds like they had problems and need law enforcement to step in.
