Does anyone know if anyone/anywhere in Paulding County offers a self defense class? My daughters are 16 and 17 and will be shortly on their way off to college, and I would feel better if I knew that when they were away from me, and anything happened that they could somewhat defend themselves. I give them lectures all the time about awareness and hypervigilance and they just think that I am being paranoid. One of their presents in their stockings this past Christmas was pepper spray and they thought that was hilarious. Any ideas or information would be greatly appreciated.

I just wonder if it will be a couple hours or a couple days delay, or will we as tax payers have to pay for his food and his books and his medical care, his clothing, etc. for the next 20 years? Troy Davis had more "if" circumstances in his trial than Tate, and they needled him- no problems! This is injust. My heart goes out to the Williams Family!

Ive been watching this closely- I agree with everyone- its a terrible crime for the Williams family. My husband carried the babys coffin at their funeral. These Tate kids were terrible troubled- it is such a tradgedy imagining how they must have grown up, but I cannot excuse the pain that I have watched the family endure for all these years now. Tonight at 7 oclock- hopefully we can all put this behind us. Its terrible to think that these things happen in our community.

Just wanted to know if anyone has been following the Nicolas Cody Tate trial? He is scheduled to be executed tonight at 7 pm for the 2001 murder here in Paulding County. This case and story is deeply sad to me, for all involved. May peace be with them all (both the Williams and Tate) families tonight at this unfolds.

Ive been following this case closely for the last couple of weeks. As some of you may know Nicolas Cody Tate is scheduled to be executed tonight at 7 pm. This case bothers me for a couple of different reasons. Although, not closely associated, but somewhat, I am friends with the husband of the murdered woman and her child that were killed by Mr. Tate.
