Please help. Our 2 Jack Russell males are missing. Their names are McGert and Rascal (in the pictures above McGert is the white one with brown ears and Rascal is the white and brown one-he is actually almost the same size as his father now but I couldn't find a recent pic for this post). They are both about 15-20 pounds in weight, about 1-1/2 feet tall. One is pure white with brown ears (that one is the father McGert) and the other one is white and light brown mixed (his son Rascal). McGert is the father of the pups we sold on this website, and Rascal is their brother. McGert has been in our family for 8 years and we miss him and Rascal very much. They don't have their collars because they were just bathed when they got out, they like to run alot! If you spot them please call us at 678-363-9972. Thank you! The deArmon family.

  2. Do you have a roof that needs repaired or replaced? Do you need a roof inspected for storm damage, leaks, integrity? Do you need a free estimate for a new roof or repair? Are you tired of paying someone at a company that will just send someone by who quotes you something instead of talking to you about your problem and working out a price that will allow you to still pay your mortgage payment and car payment? Are your kids going to do without Six Flags seasons passes and make your life a living hell this summer because you have to get a new roof and won't be able to afford anything else?

Are you sure you really need a complete new or re-roof?

Call Bob at Roof Mechanix. We are locally owned (not subcontractors) and operated. Bob has over 20 years experience in roof installation, repairs and inspections. We specialize in torch-downs (modified bitumen), sky-light installation and repair/replacement, ventilation, missing shingles, toe-board holes, chimneys, valleys, flashing, etc.

Contact Bob deArmon @ rdearmon@digi-one.com or 678-499-1006. Free estimates.

  3. Go here for more info on the fair tax plan http://fairtax.org/

The only way for the US to take advantage of the illegal immigrants work would be to have the consumption tax. Whether a worker is illegal or not they will have to pay taxes on items they buy, since we are not currently taxing them on their labor. If they want to work here, tax each and every person out there. Why the hell should I pay taxes and illegals are not? Let them come here and work and make sure we are getting the benefit of their work, as well as they. HELLO America wake up!!!!!!!

  4. And as far as being 'cussed out' by the Magisrate... file an official complaint with Judge Valbuena ... he's Tex's boss.

    pubby

Oh that was good Pubby....that was precious.....that was lovely......can I get a witness??? Can you say SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Make sure your complaint doesn't get burned up in the next courthouse fire where my original house deed was burned 5 years ago.....sigh

  5. You know, it's pretty sad, and I haven't talked to my brothers, sisters, mom, etc about this stuff going on in my neighborhood, but the funny part of it is: My sister in Alaska sent me an email talking about reading the AJC and their reporting of the stuff going on down here, and she found the link to this site and the VictoriaCove.org (yeah she's a Georgia peach transplanted to Alaska). She is keeping tabs on this stuff and telling everybody up there to follow along. Thanks for the support Alaska!!!!!!!! Small world, eh?!??!?!?!?!! <_<

  6. FAST07>> I ASSURE you the Sheriff, nor any Deputy in the PCSO is "afraid of the NAACP"...They will Do their JOB no matter who is "looking over their shoulder"...The day you find a Sheriff or Chief "afraid" of any such group, and does not do the JOB their job, I would very much like to meet them...Maybe in some of the TV make believe cop shows but not in the real world My Friend!

I agree 100%; I have spoken with PCSD officers on many occasions since this started and believe this: They are with us in stopping the crime. We all must use some common sense and not deter them in their efforts nor make their jobs more difficult.

  7. This is true; my wife called to get a restraining order against the family and she was told she and all of us were racists and we need to leave those poor kids alone. Sounds like he is under pressure from somewhere now doesn't it? I spoke with a PC patrolman last night and he said to ignore those kinds fo remarks and that all of the force supports us and wishes us luck. He said it's "not over yet"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Oh that's awesome!!!!!! I work for a law firm in Vinings and I took my 16 year old son to work, his pants all hanging around his ankles and his underwear exposed. I had to keep telling him to pull his pants up. My house rule: I am not going to see your underwear, that's why it's called "under" not "over" or "above"!!!!!

  9. I created a new topic regarding my comments about Joel Clark. I have added it here. I would also like to state thanks to everyone for coming out to the "Watch Meeting" tonight; sorry I was late but work calls. Gotta pay for that new security system!

Please read my "New Topic" quote below regarding Joel Clark. I apologize for incorrectly venting:

"I would like to take some time to retract a comment I made on this website regarding Joel Clark. I had made the comment that Joel Clark had built a subdivision behind Victoria Cove that was causing some sewage run-off issues.

I was completely mistaken, and in the light of everything happening in our subdivision and our complete exhaustion about it, I made a statement I shouldn't have without researching it further. After some information was brought to my attention it turns out that Joel Clark DID NOT build that subdivision after all, and my comments were uncalled for based on what I thought was the truth. I sincerely apologize if I have caused any problems for Mr. Clark and his family, and hope that he can forgive my impulsiveness. I and my family, friends and neighbors are extremely frustrated about the events in our neighborhood, and I can only say that perhaps my frustration and exhaustion have clouded my better judgment. I hope the Clark family will please accept this as my formal apology."

  11. we're not worried about the weather, we just hang out alot together in our cul-de-sac; usually every Friday everyone is out there (unless it is raining, but even then we always have neighbors over at my or ZooBrews house) so we'll be there, rain or shine, cold or whatnot....my family is last house on left in cul-de-sac on Grover Way...feel free to stop by...

  12. -----------------

    Unfortuantely, it is.

I spoke via email with Dozment and told him it will be some hard work and frustrating at times. What will make it work is for all of you to come together or as many as possible with the Watch Group, it will make a difference. You will learn alot as well.

However, I would suggest the civil suit against the parents of these kids as a future option. The parents are responsible for their kids actions.

I do not live all that far from all of you, so I may drive out that way tomorrow just to see what kind of neighborhood you have, what is around you, just to be curious. I may be able to see something that may be of use to you all that you may have overlooked. One thing though, every community has weak spots, entrances that are favored by those punks as well as their escape routes.

    We'll be there!

    Thanks!

  13. I have thought about this, too, but before we talk to the media I think it would be better to try to deal with the problem by organizing our neighborhood.  If the media starts plastering the name of the subdivision all over the place, anyone trying to sell their home may as well take down the sign.

We have talked in the past about staring a neighborhood watch program.  I think that's the thing to do and now is the time to do it.

Dozment, I live at the end of Grover Way, next to former member; we are the ones who keep getting the police called out there every other day. We will all be home Saturday night , maybe we could get together with some others at about 5pm in our cul-de-sac at the end of Grover? Let me know and I'll get our street and the back street there...thanks!

  14. We appreciate all you folks support; feels good to have everyone rally around us....wish us luck!

p.s. - I didn't have to run thru the woods last night chasing some punk around so I got some rest, but my wife said all the dogs on our street were barking like mad again all night! Oh well, they didn't wake me for once so maybe I can be productive at work today......this S%#T is exhausting!

  15. I've lived here almost 16 years, and this is the first I've heard (or smelled) of it.  Let's see what the power of the masses can do!

Some of the sewage comes from the Trailer park (Carol Path specifically) which is owned by the Cecil Lawrence and his family. The other sewage is coming from the newer subdivision behind Ladora Drive that was built by Joel Clark. I live at the end of Grover Way and get the runoff from everyone when it rains, but teh people on Ladora are getting the runoff from either inadequate leech field from the trailer park, or lack of any type of sewage treatment.

  16. thedeerslayer has no problem with killing an uninvited intruder.

Or better yet,if you could catch them alive, hog tie him, take him over to paulding forest. Then tie him to a tree in the sitting position, cut a small slit in his stomach.Pull his small intestine out about 10 feet, then he can watch as the coyotes eat their way to him :ninja:

;) Man, Deerslayer you sound like me!!!!!! Come on over to the cul-de-sac one Saturday eve (Grover Way in Victoria Cove)....you might have some fun helping us chase these guys around! (I say this only partly in jest, that was my neighbor and friend on the last comment line! We are all up in arms over this S*&% :excl: )

  17. Just to kind of culminate everything here....I and my family live in Victoria Cove and have been in the middle of this (with our other neighbors of course) since day one. We moved in to Victoria Cove S/D 6-7 years ago because it was a quiet and comfortable place that was kid friendly. A year or so ago this family moved in at the end of Ladora Drive and immediately things changed. Gas was stolen from cars, people cars were broken into, things started turning up missing, etc.

It went from a very safe neighborhood to crack-town real quick! I am so pissed off right now it makes me sick to think about it. It seems EVRY single night I am out in my backyard or neighbors chasing some young punk through the woods. We call the police, they come out, we tell them where the kids are, they go there, question them, find out they are minors, and immediately it goes back to the Juvenile Officer in charge, who is so sick and tired of these punks she almost curses when you call her. She is as helpful as can be.

I just got off the phone with my friend and next-door neighbor (whose daughter is the one who caught the idiot in their house) and she had to go to court today to have her daughter identify the punks, but they have so many kids in that house they didn't have the one that was in the house that night, they had some of the other ones.

Friday night we had 14 squad cars, an ambulance, and the SWAT team out in their cul-de-sac because me and my neighbor were chasing one or two of them thru the woods AGAIN, and they got away. They just went home and hung out their windows and laughed at us. The police came there and a couple of them were arrested for assaulting officers (not the first time, one of the officer told us). Since I am adult and do not want to go to jail for kicking a thieving minors butt, I will tell you if I find someone in my house I don't recognize and they are bigger than me, someone is gettin a thumpin!!!! (These kids are 14-17 and not little).

My wife (Mama4334) and others are trying to get some type of Neighborhood Association or something going, all the residents are COMPLETELY pissed off and tired of this crap.

I cannot put all the details of what we have been thru here since I am getting mad thinking about it constantly, but it has been very tedious and frustrating. We just want them to leave, but we are hoping the system can handle it. My wife or neighbors will update as we go. Wish us luck! <_<
