    A lot of ppl talk crap about how expensive Publix is... and they are, on certain things...

     

    BUT their sales are always so good... and the way I shop for the week is by looking at the ad, and planning our weekly meals that way. You spend way more at any store if you plan your menu, THEN shop. :)

    Never been there but I am a tea drinker............the tip is based on how frequently my tea glass is refilled!!!!! :)

     

    Ugh you would die here. We're in Indiana right now and there is no sweet tea to be found in this town. Its been a week and I've had NO tea... :(

    On the plus side I'm drinking tons of water. :o

     

    But anyways we only ate at Mcfarlane's once... it left a lot to be desired. And I was so excited about it when it 1st opened... to me the food just tasted like Beef o Bradys... (which in my opinion, ALSO leaves a lot to be desired! :) )

    I got a Dachshund for my 11th birthday, and that thing hated me. She was 3 years old when we got her and had never been around children. She constantly snapped at me and growled at me. I took her once for a walk around the block, and got really excited when she whimpered and wanted me to pick her up. Once we got up the hill that stupid dog bit me on the neck and jumped out of my arms. My parents found her a new forever home the next morning :)

    Davids Aunt and Uncle live there and we were out there this afternoon fixing their van. We saw them loading up the 4 wheelers. I don't mind them riding them over by the power lines and all, but everytime we go over there, all the boys are riding them like maniacs on the street. They don't stop at the stop signs, or obey any basic traffic laws... We were at the stop sign turning left and apparently one of them thought we stopped too long. Decided they were going around us, to turn right, we almost hit them!

    We tried it. I had bbq. It was "okay". I do like how they cut their meat. The sauce was good. It was a little cold though. The owner and his wife are extremely nice.

     

    I hear their steaks are great
