pressure treated wood is like an outer space alien it does wierd stuff when it dries
the newer premium PT doesnt do that as bad
if you screw it down on replacing the boards it reduces the alien affect tremendously

I got a question. We rebuilt our deck about 2 or 3 years ago. We stained it after it dried out. Now some of the boards are curling at the ends. Whats up with that and once I replace the boards and restain do you have any ideas on keeping it from happening again?

Slice it on the diagonal about 1/2" thick and pound them a bit into cutlets. Dry rub with some kosher salt, black pepper and cumin or cayenne. Then dredge them in flour and let them sit 20 minutes or so, and dredge them again.
Pan fry them in 1/4" or so of oil [we use rendered goose/duck fat].
They will be good, and it is what we are having tonight.
Along with a gigantic artichoke steamed in water/wine/lemon juice, Black Beans cooked with a ham hock, and a garden salad. Might fry some Okra too, and pick some small green beans.

Used to never do them on the grill until I got this grill, and it will go super low and makes meat very juicy
Yeah my grills burners are shot. I am gonna get a new old fashion grill this weekend. I guess I forgot about that. LOL. Ok. so how about the question of how do you cook yours in the oven. LOL

I have a little over a lb of pork loin. How can I cook it? I have never cooked it other than just in than just in the oven. How do you cook yours?

I have mentioned this group before.
I am interested in spreading the word that we now have a mental health service in the county that helps residents on a sliding scale based on income.
They also take insurance, medicare and medicaide.
Many people have an interest in learning more about them so that they can make referrals in the community to those that may be in need of these services.

Their building is right next to me. I looked at their website (being nosy b/c the building sat empty forever) and looked like they did mainly dfcs stuff. I have no idea but that is nice of you to spread the word for them.

I am not kidding about the fall color thet produce. It is fantastic, bright reds, floresent orange, just beautiful!
The leaves are tiny too, so they do not make a mess.
