I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions for selling a ski boat. Has anybody had success with the AJC or other papers? Boat Trader? Other online ads?
I've posted it in the "Got the Goods" here on P.com, but I'm looking for more exposure.

Maybe not make eye contact and keep your window rolled up if you're in your car. I was leaving work the other day and had to stop and get gas, right smack downtown Atlanta. This guy wasn't asking for money, but he was looking in all the garbage cans at the gas pumps and getting out any type of food he could find. I offered him 2 cold bottles of water that I had and at first he wanted money until I told him I had to put my gas on my debit card and didn't have any money. You should have seen his face when I went to drive off, he said ohhh I will take it. My heart goes out to those people. You never know when you could be in their shoes.
BUT HE WAMTED MONEY TODAY IT IS HARD TO TRUST WHO IS REALLY DOWN AND WHO IS TRING TO CON YOU. I JUST ADVISE EVERYONE TO BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL WE HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS AND MPS IN THE WORLD WE DONT NEED LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MP.

Ok, I know most everyone at some point has had someone come up to them out in public and ask them for money, but this seems to happen to me on a regular basis for some reason. It's not like I have to be in a congested area like downtown Atlanta either..I've had it happen in Cartersville, Hiram and even Rockmart!! Sometimes I wonder if I have some sort of built in magnet that pulls these dang people to me!!!!
The most recent occurrence happened today when I took my son and two of my nephews to Six Flags. We stopped at a store when we left the park this evening and this guy passed up a row of cars with people in them to walk up to my car and ask me for money for gas. As usual, I told him "no", so he says "Please, just a couple of dollars for enough gas to get me out of this area of town?" ...and I said "no" again, rolled the window back up and drove off. He had explained during his whiney begging that he had run completely out of gas and had no money, but as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot, he walked back past all of the other people in that parking lot without asking them for anything, got in his car, cranked it up and pulled off.
Do you ever give people like that money when they ask you for it? What do you say or do when it happens to you? Does anyone have any advice that would help to avoid these people???
MY BROTHER IS A POLICE OFFICER AND TRUST ME YOU DONT NEED TO GIVE ANYONE MONEY THEY CAN BORROW A CELL PHONE OR USE A PAY PHONE AND CALL COLLEECT IF THEY REALLY NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as long as the builders are paying them tey will work. dont be surprised if they are not out there the fourth too if they are a mexican crew. no harm intended to anyone they just work every chance they get

i pray for ur little one. loosing one leg is not so bad and i hope god keeps the other but if not my prayers are with you and i hope your thoughts are with the dog and what will be best fro him with only 2 legs. bless u all espicially your kids seeing it they will not forget it anytime soon i know..

Guys, i need your help. I cant find my puppy. I am new to the site, but i need to ask you guys who live in my area (in Burnt Hickory on highway 61 north of Dallas between A&R gas station and Burnt Hickory Baseball Fields) to look out for her.
I love this dog so much and want to see her returned safely.
Below are pictures of my dog. Her name is Lilly. She is a Boxer & Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix. She was last seen on Monday June 27th at my house (see above for where). She is about 4 months old and weights about 20 – 25 lbs. She should have on a collar that is green and red and has Santa Paws written on it.

The article states that she was concerned because the male dog was acting possessive. How could she be so STUPID? The is just horrible!

i wish people would quit giving pit bulls such a bad rip. any dog that is not treated with love and affection and is not trained to be sweet is going to be mean because all dog are mean by nature they have been made domesticated by man every dog in this world has a wild life in their blood line. it is up to YOU the owner to train and love that do to be sweet not mean. the more love and affection they get the sweeter they will be but if you just putit side and dont spend time with it just so you you can say you own one is wrong. i have a pit and she is the sweetest dog ii have ever seen. i dont care if it is a pit or a poodle you make it what it is by the way you raise it so people need to leave the poor pits alone and blame the owners not the dogs because the owners are the ones that failed on the animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any one who cant agree with this is just an idiot!

what is your age limit? i have a partner 37 makes a real good living owns his own house 2 vehicles and a harley. do u have a photo i can makee this happen. he is x airborne infrentry, went to sniper school and was in desert storm. installs elevators and works out.

Some of you know that we are fostering 2 dogs...
Well....this morning at 4:30 we discovered that Betsy is scared to death of thunder & lightening...at least when it's this bad. We were awakened from a deep sleep when she ran into the room and jumped up onto the bed between us then got on the other side of me and tried to get under the covers.
I got up with her thinking she needed to go out really bad...MISTAKE! She ran circles around me and I got tangled up in the leash. Took her back upstairs and decided to go get in my son's bed (he was asleep on the sofa). She laid on top of the comforter between me & the wall and kept moving around changing her position. I noticed she would only do this when their was lightening. Even with the blinds closed you could still see it...anyway I kind of thought she was scared but still needed to go out soooo I put her back on the leash and walk her out again. She kept running back into the garage. I walk into my office and she laid down and has been asleep ever since...no windows in here except for the door--it goes into the garage and the doors are closed so...whew!
I've tried to proof this...I'm not usually up at this hour...
we have a pekinegeese that is the same way every time it thunders he climbs up on my chest and buries his face in my neck and chin
