at 2:00pm at Bellamy funeral home. Apparently the memorial will be followed by cremation & not a burial. Took the liberty to post this as I saw no info on it here yet. I called Bellamy to get details.

I was also directed to this site via an internet search (through my bellsouth homepage) of Dr. Raines name. I had received a letter from his office on his passing, & was looking for info about his death.

Can someone tell me more about what happened to Dr. Raines? He had only been my dentist a few months. He greatly helped me through an accident, and let me pay monthly because I have no insurance. I missed an appointment the day before he died. When I called the office I was devastated to hear that he took hs own life. If ever I had to describe Dr. Raines to someone, I would have said he was so happy, telling jokes & making me feel comfortable. I just can't imagine what he must have been facing to have ended his own life. He will be greatly missed & many prayers go to his family &a
