  1. Well, I love to read, and crochet, cross stitching is fun, one of my favorite hobbies right now is dance.

My daughter is a competitive dancer, and we have an adult class, we are not by any means as talented as the kids, but we have an awesome time and quite a few laughs.

  2. my mil is snickle potty brains, my fil is farcus fricken brains...I could just keep going, and going, and going...

my 8 yo sloopy giggle brains, and my 3 yo goober farkle brains thinks this is hilarious....

  3. I come here to see what is going on in Paulding, I am a lurky loo...I really enjoy reading all of the posts, but I just do not take a lot of time to post myself, not to mention i am a little shy...well, sort of...okay not really.(but I do seem to run off at the keyboard) I just don't know when to stop typing...guess now would be a good time...

  4. I loved the travel system...my baby, now almost 4, would fall asleep, and I didn't have to wake her up to transfer her to car seat from stroller.

Loved to sterilize nipples in microwave.

another bit of advice...try the dr. browns bottles if you are not exclusively breast feeding...my other 2 children would throw up a little at least once a day, my baby never did...there is more to the dr. browns bottles, but they were wonderful, they had an insert that pulled air away from the nipple...

a swing is wonderful, and keeps baby happy, bouncy seat is great for smaller ones.

    Good Luck, and congratulations!

  5. I have lived in Paulding since December of 1996, but my hubby has live here all of his life. I love it here. Now, I really couldn't dream of living anywhere else.

I grew up in Tucker, ga. Moved to Marietta right after highschool graduation, then to New Ga, Cartersville, Powder Springs, Austell, back to Powder Springs and now the beautiful New Hope area of Paulding.

  6. hmmmm ok, will add that to the list, i was right there last night looking in that vacinity, but when i asked they sent me to sporting goods, when i asked at sporting goods they showed me the $20 so i asked if there were any cheaper and was told maybe in school supplies.  will have to look in the container isle next time.

    thanks.

    me  :)

I got sent to sporting goods first and refused to pay that much for a thermos that my children will probably leave at school, so I decided to look around for myself. (by the way, the lady we happened to ask, worked in the sporting goods dept.)

  7. hi,

i'm looking for a thermos for my 5 yr old daughter to take soup in for her school lunch.

when i was a kid it seemed like everyone had one.  where would i find one now??

i just got back from walmart and they had a real pretty one in the hunting section for $20.  not really the price i was thinking of.  i'd like to find a cheaper one and preferably a child's version.

    anyone seen them around?

    me  :)

I just went through the search for my 8 year old daughter...I found a thermos at Walmart...It is a Campbells soup thermos...look in housewares(where the storage containers are)It was about $4-5.

  8. Now, tell this blind ole lady what you saw that I couldn't see.  I just thought it

was moving his hand and the other one is sticking out it's tongue.  Should I

discipline lacey for having a dirty avatar?

Here is the monkey that lacey's grandmother use to give her every year.  Isn't it cute.  Lacey use to call it her na na (I guess because of the banana).

Oh my goodness, I used to have the same monkey, and when it wore out I made my Daddy, who was a minister, give him a proper funeral. There were even prayers said for him at church when I requested it, I thought he had the mange.

  9. A man was mowing his yard when his attractive blonde female neighbor came out of her house, walked down her driveway, opened her mailbox, looked inside, then slammed it closed and stormed back inside her house. Several minutes later, the same thing happened. As the man was finishing, his neighbor came out a third time and repeated her behavior.

“Is there a problem?” he asked.

“There certainly is,” she replied. “My stupid computer keeps telling me: ‘You’ve got mail’!”

    I resemble that remark!
